The media could not be loaded. So hopefully without sending any reader to sleep, boy do you get a lot for your money, various mounts including things like a handlebar type mount, belt clip (as I call it) and tripod fixing to name but a few. On top of all of this the camera itself is tiny in size but not in capabilities, various video & image formats, special effects, sepia, negative etc are available amongst others. The touch screen is full of information so you have everything you need to know right in front of you and it's well placed & simple to understand. Now on to the app, it's better than I expected, has been well thought out and designed, and again like the screen, it displays lots and lots of info and control, but what I wasn't expecting is a real time view of what the camera sees whilst it is recording including being able to change various recording modes from the iPhone screen and when holding the phone in landscape mode you are provided with a full screen view but still have camera info and controls. Just to explain my final two images, a lot of users suggest for faster transfer it is suggested that the memory card is removed from the camera and placed in a card reader, but i have found that with an iPhone and a USB C to USB C cable I can plug the camera directly into my iPhone letting me view and transfer files super quickly. Now finally for anyone still reading, my comment in my title on the company support stems from at least two if not more things, the first is how quickly the support team responded when I asked for advice, but not only how quick they responded, but that that initial response also included the advice I needed. And secondly, there are lots of Facebook groups out there created and run by users only that are listed as being unofficial, whereas Akaso have not only created the Facebook group but are fully involved in the site, which I think is going above & beyond. At the end of the images is a very short time laps taken with the EK7000 Pro and i have to say it was very very easy.

Easy to set up and use, lots of accessories supplied, mainly purchased to film while scuba diving and snorkelling, which it did very well - tested to between 5-7metresGreat picture quality, after testing the options I found the 1080p setting more useful than 4kBattery life very good, I got almost an hour recording and playback out of eachThe app to transfer videos to your phone works well, but transfer speed a bit slow and really uses the battery.Camera case really was waterproof, but one point to note is not to hold the buttons down under water, quick presses were fine - it let a very small amount of water in after I held the button down for a while by mistake on the first day, luckily not enough to cause damageI bought an additional handle to attach to hold under water as lots of accessories included but none to let you ‘hold’ the camera.Well worth it for the price

Not long had it but so far: Comes with plenty of accessories. Easy to set up. Left it running to test it and the battery lasted about 1½ hours on constant record, it comes with 2 batteries. Video quality is very good.Only slight concern is the camera itself is made of light plastic, so not sure if it could take a knock.In the watertight case the camera got warm, which would be expected, other than that it's a good alternative to expensive models.

Very pleased with this camera,it comes with 2 batterys which each last about 1.5 hours,so plenty of recording time,comes with charger,waterproof case,and loads of different mounting accessories which was great..video quality is quite good for the price..the camera itself is very small which is perfect for my motorcycle..but even though it's small the screen is still good quilty,menus are easy once you've had a little play about with it...overall very pleased

I use to have a GoPro Hero 7 which gave up the ghost when the battery died,it was only then that I realised I couldn’t replace the battery! So I looked for a cheaper replacement and I am so pleased I bought this, it’s brilliant,it fitted into the GoPro handlebars bracket perfectly. It comes with a waterproof housing.2 batteries which is really convenient and good value and with a separate charger, & accessories. It works as good as the GoPro if not better as the battery life is plenty for my 16 miles bike ride. I use it every week. I can also vouch for the customer service,as when it arrived I had a small problem with a seal in the waterproof housing. After contacting the seller they replaced the whole housing without question and very quickly! Brilliant customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the AKASO EK7000 Pro 4K Action Camera last year in 2021 purely for sky timelapse video to promote on my social media channel. I have to say I'm very impressed with the durability of this camera as it has been running constantly for 24h straight (Day + Night) for nearly a whole year now.I did had to buy another camera because I accidentally left it in the rain and it became unresponsive, so I bought another one and then I made the decision to modified the waterproof casing to allow the main cable access the camera, from then on I have had no problem's so far.It has survived over 30 degree heat and -5 temperatures, hail stones and torrential rain (IN WATERPROOF CASE) and it's recording as I write this review.* Video quilty is great in 4K especially when the sun is shining and the Night photo timelapse with the exposure on high is slightly grainy however still good quality for 20MP.* Size of the camera including the case is a perfect size to fit in any pockets and it's very light weight plus the camera 'Does Not Over Heat'.For a budget camera it's definitely worth buying!

Ich habe die Kamera gekauft, um Fahrradtouren zu dokumentieren. Somit habe ich sie, unter Verwendung des mitgelieferten Befestigungsmaterials, am Lenker des Fahrrades montiert. Dazu bedarf es eines gewissen Gefühls für das zerbrechlich wirkende Material. Man muss es fest genug schrauben, damit es hält, aber nicht so feste, dass es bricht. Das ist mir gelungen und so habe ich mittlerweile drei Radtouren aufgenommen. Die Bildstabilisierung macht hier einen guten Job. Auch Aufnahmen, die auf unbefestigten Feld- und Waldwegen entstanden sind, führten zu einem erstaunlichen Ergebnis, in dem Sinne, dass das Bild sehr ruhig ist. Meine eigenen Aufnahmen sind besser, als die bereits sehr brauchbaren Beispielaufnahmen, die man bei Youtube bewundern kann. Die Bedienung ist einfach und selbsterklärend. Es werden zwei Akkus mitgeliefert, die jeweils für ca. 90 Minuten reichen. Lässt man die Aufnahme permanent laufen, erzeugt die Kamera ca. 20 Minuten lange Einzeldateien auf der SD-Karte. Diese können dann per WLAN auf ein Smartphone übertragen werden. Dies funktioniert mit der kostenlosen App von AKASO. Dort können die gespeicherten Einzelsequenzen zu einem zusammenhängenden Video zusammengefügt werden. Der Vorgang ist ebenfalls selbsterklärend. Es gibt in der App die Möglichkeit, den Originalton in der Lautstärke anzupassen. Weitere Tonspuren können hinzugefügt werden. Somit ist es möglich, den Originalton mit einer Hintergrundmusik zu unterlegen, sowie Kommentare einzusprechen. Das einzige Manko ist die sehr langsame Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit beim Rendern, sowie die etwas reduzierte Qualität. Die Kamera selbst zeichnet im MOV Format auf. Die Qualität ist genial. Die App exportiert allerdings im AVI Format, mit einer leicht wahrnehmbaren Bildkompression. Für Landschaftseindrücke, zur Erinnerung völlig ausreichend. Für eine Dokumentation über das Paarungsverhalten der Bärtierchen allerdings eher grenzwertig brauchbar.Fazit: Man bekommt keine Studioqualität, aber für den Preis eine wirklich brauchbare Cam mit viel Zubehör und guter Aufnahmequalität und einer für diese Preisklasse überragenden Bildstabilisierung.

très surprise par la qualité, colis très bien emballé. de nombreux accessoires pour l'utiliser, 2 batteries et un chargeur. une carte mini Sd de 64go que j'ai remplacée par une de 1to acceptée sans soucis. la qualité du rendu est excellente comparable à des caméras bien plus chères.la télécommande est super pratique si on utilise la caméra fixée sur un support comme lors de la conduite d'un vélo ou d'une voiture.
