    It's a very good supplement and I feel better when I use it.As I've bought Biona in the past I'm used to the quality but first thing I do is check the best before date as the local health food shop has caught me out twice now with bb of a fortnight!This one is 2025 so all well.

    I keep the main bottle in the fridge and drizzle on salads or into homemade dressings. Then I decant some into a clean small glass dropper bottle and use that as my daily moisturiser! I keep that in the fridge too because I read that hemp oil goes rancid easily at room temperature. I apply a few drops it to damp skin and it does the trick :o) Hemp oil is 0/5 on the pore-clogging comedogenic score so I can rest assured it's not going to break me out. I am acne prone so this gives me peace of mind. Had great results so far. It's full of things that are great for skin. I don't see myself going back to overpriced commercial moisturisers full of silicones and fragrances and other crap. Hooray for hemp! When I run out I'll be buying again.

    I was in so much pain and my tummy was unbearable bloated. Been taking this and directed in the instructions couple days and it helps with a pain that not even codeine pills could. I wish hemp seed hearts, oils and creams where prescribed in the NHS. Hemps is trillion times better.
