    I started getting blepharitis symptoms this July. Absolute nightmare at the age of 26, especially when I love wearing eye makeup!I was told to create my own hot compress using a cotton pad or a washcloth in hot water, but this was too wasteful and fiddly for long term treatment, so I invested in this.Best purchase ever. Really comfortable eye mask and keeps your eyes HOT for the full 10 minutes. Its a lot easier to clean than a washcloth is as well - I have some Clinell antibacterial wipes that I regularly wipe the mask down with (they use it in hospitals, it contains clorhexidine) and I've had no issues.The instructions say 20-25 seconds in the microwave, but I've found I need to increase that time the more I use it - not sure if that's just my heat tolerance going up or my microwave being weak though.I have an 850W microwave and a good blast for 40 seconds makes it lovely and hot. I set my phone timer for 10 mins, lie back and listen to the radio or a podcast.When the time is up I massage my eyelids and wipe them down with blephasol gel and/or Wet Ones, then I apply my prescribed chloramphenicol ointment to my eyelid margins. If my eyes are feeling drier than usual then I also apply Hycosan Extra eye drops. With this routine, my eyes have stopped their excessive watering.Honestly, even if I didn't have blepharitis, this is a fantastic way to start and end your day with. It's so relaxing!The only issue (if you can even call it that) is there is a little plasticy smell after heating up, which I imagine is just from the little beans inside. Doesn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to smells you can easily mask it by putting a drop of lavender oil or something on it.

    This treatment bundle has been a great addition to my eye care routine. The hot/cold eye compress is easy to heat in the microwave, and it provides soothing relief for my dry eyes. The single-use eyelid wipes are gentle and effective, perfect for keeping my eyes clean and refreshed. I noticed an improvement with regular use, especially for managing my blepharitis.

    It works and is better than my old Blephaclean one as the strap holds it in place rather than having to hold it yourself. Doesn’t stay hot enough for the classic 10 mins though so I have to cover it with a towel. Needs a decent outer coating. Update. Found two travel eye mask so with them over the pad it is fine.

    IV been using the eye mask and wipes to treat my dry eyes they do help alot with the massage technique performed after, thus explained in the instructions provided this has enabled me to stop using my prescription eye drops would highly recommend giving this ago , relaxing too.

    si scalda bene (anche troppo, per cui bisogna fare attenzione) basta 1 minuto in micronde e in 8-10 minuti sugli occhi li rilassa, con poi massaggio palpebrale le ghiandole producono secrezione, quindi aiuta certamente un pò il problema della secchezza oculare.
