It's a barbecue and it's one that has been reviewed so many times that I'm not going to bore you by repeating what's already been said; instead I will make a few observations in the hope that it helps others who might be undecided.The instructions (which seem to cover almost every language on earth & arrive in reams of printed paper bagged inside the product's box) are adequate on their own but there's an excellent ap to help with building these BBQ's which makes the process very straightforward. And as you're building this you can see the quality in the weight of the parts used.Once assembled it's a very sturdy, steady thing which I can see lasting the family for many years.Now that we've used it a few times I think I'm getting used to it. One thing I really like is how easy it is to clean - relatively speaking, for a charcoal barbecue of course.A word of warning: there are absolutely loads of accessories available to suit this type of barbecue and it isn't only the expense of these but the storage of them that you might need to consider.Personally for example I found a chimney fire starter to be very handy together with basket fuel holders which, for me at least, has made barbecueing even easier. There are pizza stones; rotisseries; and no end of other potentially very useful bits and pieces that could make this barbecue an extremely versatile and much-used culinary tool. One thing I'm going to try soon is smoking a brisket of beef in this.Yes I could have gone for an alternative, either cheaper which would then probably only last a year if I'm lucky OR a different type or even gas. But I wanted to go (kind of) back to basics after my last trolley barbecue rusted away due to age and so far at least I'm pleased with my choice.Those eating what I've cooked on the BBQ so far seem pleased too, and at the end of the day that is what matters most.

j'avais peur que l'article soit abimé pendant le transport mais très bien protégé dans un carton costaud. Rien à dire. Produit conforme à mes attentes. j'en ai eu un il y plusieurs années et aujourd'hui la qualité et toujours aussi reprochable.
Weber: una istituzione
Provengo da anni di grigliate ignoranti con gli amici e fino a qualche mese fa non sapevo neanche che esistessero due tipi di cotture: quella "diretta" e quella "indiretta". Parto con una brutta notizia: NON è un barbecue facile da usare, occorre procedere per tentativi, sbagliare, arrabbiarsi, riprovare, studiare, annotare, sperimentare. Le prime prove le sto facendo in solitaria, cuocendo delle gran patate (costano poco). La buona notizia è che se si diventa sufficientemente abili, otterrai grandissime soddisfazioni (specialmente con l'affumicatura).Sto ancora studiando, ma non escludo la possibilità di seguire prima o poi dei corsi dedicati perché grigliare mi appassiona. Sedersi davanti al fuoco, con una bella birra ghiacciata ad osservare la fiamma che arde per me è un vero toccasana.Il barbecue di per sé è realizzato in maniera egregia, un prodigio di ingegneria. Basta digitare su google la parola "cottura per convezione", capirete che è molto diversa dalla cottura per conduzione. Certo, gli accessori opzionali non costano poco, però alla fine avrai a disposizione un prodotto di qualità che ti durerà nel tempo. Consigliatissimo!Unico difetto: potevano studiarsi un metodo di "ancoraggio" del coperchio un po' più comodo. L'alternativa è utilizzare un ripiano o un accessorio di terze parti che agevoli il posizionamento del coperchio quando vogliamo grigliare con cottura diretta oppure riposizionare le braci/bricks.
Weber l'incontournable de son jardin
Weber, c'est l'incontournable à avoir au pied de sa terrasse. Cela fait deux été que je l'utilise et j'en suis toujours aussi content ! Assez grand pour être en famille ou entre amis et faire cuire littéralement tout ce que vous voulez. L'acier émaillé permet de le laver facilement sans rayures, je le passe même au nettoyeur haute pression. Autre avantage, il y a pas mal d'accessoire disponible, ce qui permet d'avoir une bonne liste de cadeau en vue (housse, tapis, pince et j'en passe).
Excellent Barbecue
La surface de cuisson m'a agréablement surpris.J'appréhendais l'absence de réglage de la hauteur de la grille mais avec le capot et le réglage d'arrivée d'air, régler la température est encore plus facile.Excellent matériel. Je préconise l'achat de la housse de protection adaptée afin de pouvoir en profiter longtemps!

The media could not be loaded. Llevamos con el casi medio año y si es un producto excelente, pensaba que no sería tanto pero es excelente. Mi marido dice que es el mejor bbq que el a comprado jamás…. Y mira si no compramos, tenemos uno de piedra incluso y esto es súper fácil de utilizar y rápido, se enciende fácilmente. Recomendamos
