Yes this is a lot of money but it’s the best money ever spent I have damp in my bedroom and it used to smell so bad but this has made it bearable and the hot cool functions are amazing it’s as good as your own air conditioning unit

It started to give a very high pitched noise. Contacted customer service to repair. They answer every 2nd day, they don't even read/answer your questions, they are not friendly at all. I'm not sure what I've paid for. In 6 months the fan had several problems, so definitely not for quality, and not for customer service for sure. I paid £550 to waste my time trying to troubleshoot the product, and to make customer service understand simple questions.Once I managed to send the device to them for repair, it was surprisingly quick. In a day after the device has been repaired, it was dispatched back. I have received the device (a hot+cool purifier fan) back, giving the same annoying high pitched noise (no improvement at all after repairing), and not only that, but the sensors are broken now after the repair showing constantly the worst air quality on the device's scale (before the repair it was always near zero (best)).

When I first got this I was really impressed with it and the app. However as time as gone on and I’ve had it for a few months I’m starting to seriously doubt the air purifying qualities. You can have a whole day of green ‘pure’ air being indicated and then suddenly and for no reason the air quality changes to poor or lower. It makes no sense … the dogs can come into the lounge and the air quality stays green … they’ll wander off or even in the middle of the night … quality goes red or yellow. I can see no reason for these changes. It switches itself off as well for no reason. Heating is another one …. Room temp shows 21C … but the temp on this will show 23C. The brand is good as I have other products of theirs but this all seems a bit wonky. Hope this helps.

The media could not be loaded. Il prodotto mi è arrivato con tutti i pezzi già sparsi nella scatola come se fosse stato usato poi imballato e mandato via il telecomando fuori dalla sua sede con un biglietto allegato dietro come se appunto fosse stato già usato e io ho comprato come nuovo non usato quindi che mi sei arrivato Così non mi va bene.Comunque il prodotto sembra funzionare bene vedremo nei prossimi giorni

Este producto lo estuve monitoreando durante meses, para poder comprarlo a buen precio, ya que es algo costoso para mis posibilidades económicas, cumple con mis expectativas, ya que primero había investigado muy bien sus funciones principales, VENTILADOR, CALEFACTOR Y PURIFICADOR DE AIRE.Lo puedes controlar desde tu celular a través de internet, sin embargo su precio si es alto.Mucha tecnología, si purifica el aire de forma rápida, me ha funcionado muy bien.
Increíbles funciones no tan "Cood" como dicen
Prácticamente todo de este producto me gustó excepto que cuando ves "Cold" en el título esperas que el aire este de alguna manera climatizado pero no es así aunque active la función, simplemente es una manera de diferenciar entre el aire frío y el aire caliente, el cual aún no he probado por ser pleno verano pero regreso en invierno a actualizar... Solo por esto no le doy las 5 estrellas pues lo considero hasta cierto punto engañosaLo que si me sorprendió gratamente es la aplicación para móvil y las funciones inteligentes que maneja, si buscan un electrónico para su hogar inteligente que cubra ventilación, purificación y además te mantenga informado de las características de ambiente está es sin duda la mejor opción.Despues de haber probado la funcion de aire caliente (porque no es calefaccion) quede un poco defraudado, la temperatura del aire es fija y lo que seleccionas solo es "la temperatura deseada" en la habitacion, basicamente solo activa un sensor. Ademas despues de poco mas de un año me empezo a fallar, cada que activo el aire caliente a los cuantos minutos se apaga, ya intente contactar a la marca, si obtengo respuesta actualizo el comentario, desenme suerte!
