Using this to monitor the air quality in my living room as I have a 3D printer in my home.Works well and picks up VOCs and PM2.5 whenever I've had the enclosure door open.

I discovered during product setup that the device does not support 5Ghz WIFI. This is normally not a problem as most wi-fi routers will support both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. You have one network name and the router and device negotiate which bandwidth interface to use for the best connection. Devices not capable of 5Ghz or where the signal is poor are connected using 2.4Ghz.However, since the setup procedure for M10i requires the phone and the device to connect through Wi-Fi (just having wi-fi is not enough), I can't get them to talk. My iPhone automatically connects to 5Ghz and the Temtop then can't find it.I will return this product as it does not support modern Wi-Fi and have a setup process that prevents me from completing the setup any other way.

As an air quality monitor this device functions well. It covers 4 readings and presents them in a round robin style via a simple button press or via a basic smart phone app.It doesn't appear possible (yet) to dim the display which is annoying as it's very bright but this should be easy to resolve with a software update.It can be operated via battery for about 6 hours, or full time via a micro-usb 5v charger (which isn't included, but works from any phone / usb charger you probably already have spare).Most of the time you won't be interacting with the device so as a fairly small appliance to do a simple job, it does what you'd expect.I was not so happy to find that it has a built in web server with (as far as I can tell) no mention of it or the credentials to log in to it covered in the manual or online. I quiered this with support and was told it was for remote support and firmware updates and to "ignore it" which is pretty poor in this day and age. I imagine most people wouldn't know it was there and as none of us have the username or password, none of us know what it is, or could be doing. Personally I don't like the idea of a backdoor to my network being added in secret where I can't even change the password.If you can, I would suggest adding this device to a different network to your main devices - such as a guest wifi SSID - it doesn't need to interact with anything locally on your network as it simply sends it's data to the cloud which the smartphone app then downloads, so i may be being paranoid, but if they don't allow us access to it or tell us it's even there, I'd recommend keeping it segrated.

The app is rubbish - entered the Location and it has no idea what the weather is! It frequently can't get data from the sensor, or the sensor disconnects, and the app often requires closing/re-opening for it to work again. It would be nice if they presented an API or some documentation on how to query to the sensor directly.

Think the monitor works OK, but the battery doesn't hold its charge whatsoever and has to be permanently plugged in. Disappointing, considering the price.

Easy setup, zero problems so far
I saw mixed reviews, but I had zero issues with my unit.I was able to connect to wifi in about a minute, I could set sampling interval in the app for 1 minute and battery lasts at least 3 hours (not measured directly, but I put it into my 3D printer enclosure during 5 hour print and 1 hour before end, it was still on with low battery).Only thing that might be better is in-app manual (I don't really need it, but someone might) and data export from app can be easier for non technical people.As I don't have professional meter to compare measurements, I cannot guarantee accuracy.

Acquistato il primo pezzo, non l'ho neanche acceso e ho eseguito la taratura mettendo il dispositivo per 6 ore fuori sul balcone come scritto nel manuale. Non avendo un riferimento prendevo per buono quello che leggevo. Acquistato il secondo pezzo, mi è arrivato con il vetro difettoso (vedi foto) reso. Acquistati altri due pezzi, eseguita la taratura e ogni pezzo dava un suo valore (vedi foto). Rieseguita di nuovo la taratura mettendo fuori i 3 dispositivi e li ho lasciati l'intera notte. Dei 3 dispostivi sono riuscito ad avere due che avevano la stessa lettura, mentre il terzo dava ancora valori discordanti... reso. A distanza di tempo devo dire che ora sono soddisfatto, perché le letture di entrambi continuano ad essere uguali nel tempo. Peccato, perché esteticamente gradevole ma manca a mio avviso, un po' di attenzione da parte del costruttore in termini di controllo qualità e taratura. 3,5 stelle.
