I really like this electric carving knife. It is easy to hold and use. When putting it down on a work surface it is stable and has a reasonably long cable. You get two sets of cutting blades which is nice. For the price I think this is a really good buy.

Works perfectly. Would recommend this. Cutes just like it should perfectly. Easy to clean and easy to use , Very fast delivery by Bolo , bonus is it's got a long lead on it as others have short ones and comes with a nice plastic box to keep it in. I'm very happy with it 😊

Very pleased with my purchase. Made slicing turkey on Christmas Day for 13 people a breeze. Everyone got hot dinner as this knife made the process really quick. Easy to clean.

Great value for money. So easy to use , the last carving knife I purchased had a button on top and underneath the knife handle which had to be simultaneously pressed to keep the knife running which made it difficult to use with any pressure. The VonShef has one button and a great handle so very easy to use. A 5 Star product!

This knife cuts well but the security/safety switch under the handle is 'uncomfortable' to use/grip. My wife, with small hands, finds it almost unusable, My very large hands have the same but slightly different difficulty but I am developing a different unnatural 'grip' to make it more usable, The knife is supplied with two different blades, really sharp, and work well but why is there no indication as to which blades go together, perhaps coloured finger grips to differentiate the two (four halves) of the blades. and finally the power cord is made of stiff and not very flexible plastic making the knife a little difficult to use/control and getting it back into the supplied box more difficult than it needs to be.All that said the knife does do the job it was intended to do, well, but it could just be so much better with very little effort/cost by the manufacturer. If you can live with the inflexible cable, the strange grip to operate the safety switch and work out which knife is which then this is a good buy.

The product is very good however the plug fitting is for Europe and not Australia

Works well and having the 2 blades is good. The price makes it reasonable value.
Wrong Three Pin Plug
Came with a UK 3 pin plug. Not suitable for Australia.
Disappointed.
It doesn't fit into Australian Electrical sockets. We will have to buy an adapter for it to fit our Sockets, Your company was aware it was an Australian purchasing this knife, I am truly disappointed.
