Ive tried allmanner of Pre workouts, from crazy head buzzing stuff that sends you to the moon, to weak caffeine. Jack3d was my fave as it was a god middle ground, not too buzzy but got you in the zone, Id then add a pump product to it for 45 minutes of endless energy - this does just that. I took half a scoop initially and it wasnt enough so now just take the full scoop. My other half who is stim sensitive also said she didnt feel much on half a scoop so thats a good dign its not OTT - were not drug addicts!So, if you're looking for something that gives great pumps and gives you energy after a long day at work, this is ideal - it also doesnt taste bad like may do (i couldnt finish Recon, went in the bin) so thats a bonus too. Think ill go for pineapple next as thats my fave jack3d flavour.

I bought this preworkout after trying one of their energy drinks. The flavour and pre kicks in really quickly and there is noticeable tingles after about 15 minutes when the beta alanine kicks in. So do be weary that can happen to you if you take a full scoop.The actual concoction is lovely to drink, the flavours you can choose from are definitely up there and even if they’re similar to other brands, tend to still taste a little better.It’s very easy to use, simply scooping a serving into your drink. The performance is there with a noticeable energy boost for a few hours after consumption.

This stuff really works well, it definitely gives you a boost to help you keep going. It tastes ok, but not lovely, there's always a strong bit at the bottom that won't mix in, and that bit reminds me of beecham powder, worth taking though.

Arrived quickly with no issues. I've been buying this for years and it gives me that extra boost when I’m tired but still want to work out after a long day. The taste is great—I've tried many flavours without issues—and it dissolves easily in water.

I used to take 'SuperPump 250' and 'Jack3d' pre-workout when I was at uni and previously into weight training (around 2010) and have just returned to lifting this year (2023) following a long hiatus. At first I thought this product seemed fairly expensive however when checking back through emails I paid £32 [£46 today] for 800g of SuperPump250 (40 servings) and £28 [£41 today] for 225g of Jack3d (40 servings) in 2009. Therefore this seems like relatively decent value at £19 for 30 servings.As I train in the morning before starting work I thought I'd try a pre-workout again to get me a bit more up for an early morning session. I found this stuff does the job, giving me a bit more mental energy when consumed 30 mins before workout. I found I got the satisfying 'pump' in my muscles around the middle to end of my workout, particularly in smaller muscle groups such as biceps/triceps/shoulders where you would tend to do to higher reps.A scoop of this contains around the same amount of caffeine as a 500ml can of an energy drink so it will certainly give you a wake up in the morning unless you are highly tolerant to caffeine. I now skip my morning coffee if I am taking this and I don't really feel the need for anymore caffeine throughout the day at work. Given the caffeine content it's probably not the best idea to take this if you intend to workout later in the day (or whenever you are close to sleeping).

C'est la marque que j'ai toujours préféré, j'ai repris ce booster longtemps après mais depuis un moment plus aucun effet.. Avant j'vais même de picotements tellement il y avait de l'effet lolPeut être que je me suis habitué et ça ne me fait rien ou les dosages qui ont changé peut-être

Ich habe das Produkt schon öfter bestellt und war immer zufrieden.. Der Booster macht was er soll zumindest bei mir. Bin damit sehr zufrieden.
