I had a sudden breakout of annoying small spots and redness on my face so bought this to improve it. I researched all the LED mask options before choosing this one.N.B. I already have a FOREO UFO which introduced me to the benefit of LED lights for improving complexion, but it’s inconvenient and time consuming to use the UFO on the whole of my face for the amount of time it takes to see improvement.After 4 days of using this full face LED mask for an hour each day (various colours) there was already a noticeable difference. Although the mask doesn’t leave your skin dry overall I do find that the red colour in particular is good at healing spots. If they’re larger ones they seem to just dry out slowly and flake off after a couple of days. Smaller ones just go away rather than flaking.After a month of using it my complexion was vastly improved! Much clearer and although I still had old brown marks from previous spots they gradually faded out with continued use.I’m very impressed and it works well if you’re consistent (and if you’re not you still get benefits, albeit slower). I started with about an hour each day, on 2-3 different colours. For example, 15 min blue, 15 min green then 30 min red.**USING THE MASK**Use with bare clean skin then apply product after.When you use the mask all you need is the (rechargeable) wireless controller which is attached to the mask via a short wire, you don’t need to be plugged into the wall while using it so you can move around a bit.The timer goes up in 5 minute intervals, to a maximum of 60 minutes. It’s handy to have the timer as you don’t need to keep checking how long you’ve been using it, just set it up and go.There are 5 brightness settings, though I always just use it on the highest.**CHARGING THE MASK**You can use the mask plugged directly into the wall but this doesn’t allow you to use the controller so it just comes on blue and you can’t change the brightness settings or timings.Comes with UK plug and 2 prong plug.Once fully charged the wireless controller’s LED goes from red to green so you know when it’s 100%A full charge lasts 1h45min on level 5 energy (brightness).**COMFORT**It’s comfortable enough to wear - nice and tight on sides of head though the neck piece feels slightly restrictive so you may want to lie down using it. The face mask is heavy and pushes down on your nose, not painful but eventually it slips down if you’re sitting upright.You can’t detach the neck piece so if you don’t always use it you still have it hanging down.You can see out the eye holes to watch TV, use your phone etc. but I wouldn’t recommend trying to walk around as you have restricted vision and the mask will also slip down as you walk around. For me there’s still a benefit of it being wireless, as it means I can go anywhere to lie down or sit.It does not reach the outer edges of your chin nor the outermost sides of your face. If I ever get spots on my chin line sometimes I use the neck piece to hold on that area - not ideal, but it works.**OVERALL**I don’t have a complicated skin routine but this mask fits in well. It has improved my skin in the ways I had hoped (minimising spots quickly and improving the radiance of my complexion).I am very impressed with it! When I use it consistently it has great effects. After the initial boost of using it an hour daily I found I could use it for less time and maintain the benefits.

Well made LED face mask with additional neck attachment. Very easy to set up from the box and instructions included. So many different settings and colour choices to select from the portable hand held device. I have used mainly the Red LED setting on 5 to help rejuvenate my skin and reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Comes with full instructions and a small amount of aqua retinol to use pre usage of mask. It's a good price and it works! I have noticed a difference after using for several weeks now. Start slowly using for less than 10mins over 4 days per week on a low setting. The only downside to this mask is it is heavy and rests on the bridge of the nose like specs! So use lying down makes it easier to use.👍👍

The media could not be loaded. After one use od the blue light for 10 minutes on intensity 2, i could already see some improvement. My skin inflammation looked more soothed and the rest of the healthier skin looked so glowy. (After cleansing my skin, I applied the E Project Gel Moisturizer sample which came with the box and I really think that helped to the overall healthier skin look, which was perfectly dewy without excessive oils) I added a lot of pictures, bcs I don't fight with acne or cystic acne in particular, from March I was struggling with abscess created under my skin, which the healing process is kinda hard, and when i healed the one spot it was on, it moved around my forehead many times so i had this up and down looking forehead for 3 months. This last 3 weeks it looked more like cystic acne, the inflammation got into the top part of the skin and the overall look looked like a acne rash with dry skin with lot of redness. From the 1st picture it shows my skin ups and own over the 2 and half months. The last 3 pictures are in pure daylight, so it shows true details. And they were taken 3 days after the 1st use of this led mask (I must say that the skin got back to the unhealthy look, I should have taken a picture right the next day, when the skin looked soothed the most (my bad), I'm planning to use this device again today. I thought I will stick to the adviced schedule, with small doses. So for the 1st week i will make use of this only twice for 10 mins on intensity 2, furthermore I will be slightly adding on power of the usage) I was really surprised just after the first use, I thought i will feel slight results like after at least 3 weeks, but i was surprisingly wrong, it really soothed the skin and my highlight area had dewy natural glow, I've never seen my unproblematic part of skin looking so healthy.The only downside of this product is that it is kinda heavy, I was sitting with it watching tv and after like 2 minutes must had to stick my hand under the chin part of tha mask, so it wouldn't be that heavy on my nose. (My dad also used this mask once so far on the red mode and he was quite ok with the weight, he made the 10 mins without supportting it with hand, he just thought he would put some padding on his nose the next time he uses it). Overall even with the hand holding it under my face, the usege time was ok in comfort. I will try to post more review after few weeks and months with pictures, so i can help other customers. Also it came with american and uk adapter, but it wasn't hard to use my own, bcs the adapter is attachable from the wire. It has USB ending.

Choice of light for different skin concerns, different levels of strength (1-5) and a neck attachment - was very excited to start using the mask!Unfortunately the cons are overwhelming.The nosepieces are really long/large (see pictures) making the mask painful to wear. Had deep red indents on the nose just from 10 minutes.Because of that, the mask stays far away from the face which means your eyes are vulnerable to the lights inside the mask. At first I thought it is fine, I’ll just keep my eyes closed. Well just as soon I upped the light to lvl 3 or beyond, after the session I saw the world in different colours - green, orange etc depending on which light I had used. This made me really worried about my eyes and I stopped using it. I do not think this product is safe to be on the market.Only positive was the warmth and light it gave in this miserable grey weather. It’s soothing and relaxing. This proves to me that light therapy can work. This product unfortunately is not it.

Ce masque est nul en terme de confort et d'utilisation : support pour le nez trop rigide et douloureux, sorties pour les yeux inadaptées, branches de support du masque visage trop serrées, est-ce que les fabricants ont déjà essayé leur produit ?Il est à la limite de l'acceptable concernant la fonction de choix des couleurs, il eut été intelligent de mettre un indicateur de couleur sur la télécommande, au lieu de ça il faut switcher et deviner entre le cyan et le violet, le jaune et le blanc, je fini toujours par regarder les leds pour être sûre que j'ai bien choisi la bonne couleur.En dépit de tous ces défauts il m'a prouvé son efficacité. Après deux jours d'utilisation pendant 20 min, mon époux m'a dit : "ton teint est plus lumineux", il n'est pas du genre à remarquer ce genre de choses habituellement.J'ai privilégié une utilisation axée sur le traitement de l'acné et le rajeunissement, avec les leds bleues, rouges et blanches.Ça a été très efficace, mon teint est plus lumineux, l'urticaire sur mon visage suite à une allergie a une huile cosmétique a pratiquement disparu.J'ai fait beaucoup de recherches avant d'acheter ce masque, et je connaissais déjà ses défauts mais c'est l'un des plus complets et je voulais absolument un masque visage et cou. Son prix est trop élevé mais c'est le meilleur de sa catégorie en 2021, je sais que dès qu'un meilleur masque (je parle en terme de confort et d'ergonomie) aux fonctions équivalentes sera en vente je l'achèterai, même s'il est bien plus cher.Ma famille saura accueillir ce masque avec ses défauts le jour où ça arrivera.

un mode d'emploi un peu sommaire, vous ne savez pas si vous devez augmenter la durée ou l'intensité, à quelle fréquence, peut on alterner...bref sur le site du vendeur on vous dit qu'ils répondent à toutes vos questions, c'est faux! je ne conseille pas pour le suivi de la commande.

Hallo, die Maske hat einen Wackelkontakt. Sie lädt nicht mehr richtig und geht zwischenzeitlich auch immer wieder aus. Gern würde ich auf diesem Wege die Maske reklamieren und zurücksenden.
