I purchased these because after a year of over-indulgence with the takeaways (whoops) I really needed to tone up. The gym was too pricey, as was buying a great big set of weights. I needed something I could carry on me, yet we’re durable and actually did the job. These have not disappointed.They arrived right on time, in a neat little travel bag that’s easy to pop in my handbag, and an instructional guide. I’ve never tried resistance bands because I wrongly assumed they would be useless, but boy was I wrong. They are incredibly versatile, you can do SO many different exercises with them. I was afraid they would break but so far they are holding up great.In my bigot I used the toughest band (the black one). After all, it’s “just a bit of rubber” I thought. Nope. These make for a pretty intense workout. And because they are so compact, I can pretty much chill out in front of the tv whilst using them. Winner!And even better, they are great for helping those with disabilities. My Mom has arthritis and had a hip replacement, and desperately wanted to get in shape but didn’t know how. Enter these bands. The exercises are simple yet effective, shes started with the lighter bands, she’s had no issues and is finally gaining her strength and confidence back from the comfort of her home.SO glad I purchased these, highly recommend for anyone. Whether you’re an elderly person/someone who’s been in physio who needs a gentle exercise aid, to someone who’s looking for an intense workout, these fit the bill.

I was advised to begin using resistance bands by my physiotherapist to help strengthen my back muscles. I decided to start with the lighter bands and slowly build from there.These seemed reasonably priced but the lighter bands didn’t last very long before they snapped. I have been using the heavy band for some weeks now and it appears to be more robust.I guess it’s down to your own strength.

Staple in any gym bag
Loved these so much I went out and bought my sister a set. Ive had mine for over a year, and use them a couple times a week and they are great quality. They come with a little mesh bag to store them, and some instructions of exercise you can do. I have them in my workout room infront of a sunny window and the sun has yet to effect the rubber like the old ones I previously had. Plus the colours are pretty.
Great elastic bands for workout at home
I bought this product after read some reviews about it. I bought it because it had a good reviews from previous customers and also the price was within my budget.I use these elastic bands for my home workout and it has been great. The material is soft but resistance, they came with a small bag which is very handy. You can bring with you whatever you go. They have different colours and each colour inform the intensity of the band. This is also helpful because allow you to improve your strength as you progress with your workout. I do recommend this product and would buy it again if I need it.
