This has become a life saver to me and my ankle! It’s so easy to use, you can use it anywhere, anytime and strap it on if you are walking about to help ease the pain. I really suffer with my ankle after a car accident 20+years ago and after a day on my feet I relax on the sofa with this working on my ankle. The relief it gives us amazing, especially when I get it in the right spot - heaven 😀I am awaiting ankle surgery to have my ankle fused together as the cortisone injections I was having no longer work. I highly recommend this to anyone who has arthritis as a result of an injury, I’ve already bought more of the replacement pads too for a very reasonable price. Such amazing value for money. Very happy customer.

Definitely helps with chronic background pain, easy to learn how to use, could do with more reusable pads as each one inly lasts a few days before the inbuilt gel is insufficiently covering the pads and it shorts out when you change position eg bend or stretch, giving a momentary but uncomfortable pinchy zap. Aside from this, easy to charge and use and does help.

This neat little machine can be easily worn underneath clothing. The instructions are clear and make it very easy to use. I’ve only given it four stars for ease of use because if you place it on your back, for e.g. or in a place on your body where you cannot see it, you may need to have someone with you to adjust the intensity for you (there is a button for this) but with practice you might be able to do this yourself.
