  • A lightweight carbon steel mini wok finished with a two layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures. Coated inside and out To provide a robust sealed coating for long-lasting endurance.
  • The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn't topple over when sat on the hob. It is also suitable for cooking on gas, electric and ceramic.
  • Made from 1.4mm gauge carbon steel which offers great heat conduction making it ideal for high heat, High speed cooking - essential elements for stir-frying.
  • The perfect tool for cooking Asian cuisine.
  • Not suitable for the dishwasher. To clean, hand wash with hot water and mild detergent if desired. Do not use scouring powder, abrasives or metal scourers as they may damage the non-stick coating. Thoroughly dry with a clean cloth.

    I never knew you could get small woks! I live alone and having to use a regular wok to cook for one or two portions feels pointless. Now I can do that and not take up half a cupboard in storing it. Great quality - heavy, sturdy, solid. So glad I found it.

    I've had this for a few months now. For 2 people it is too small for a full stir fry (I have larger woks for this) but, for example, to fry some vegetables as a side dish it's ideal. BUT.... The non-stick coating is wearing off already, and I always use some oil for cooking so it's not the result of dry-frying on a high heat...

    I heditated before ordering this only because some reviews had reported problems with cleaning and the non-stick coating, but I've now used it many times and have had absolutely no problems - it cleans up beautifully after a quick soak in warm water.I bought the mini-size as I live on my own but it can stretch to a dinner for two ad well. Since I've had it I have upped my veg intake hugely as it's such a joy to use- most weekday meals are now based on stir-frys!

    Ich benutze schon seit Jahren einen kleinen Wok aus Gusseisen. Das und meine Induktionsplatte haben vorerst ausgereicht. Dann habe ich diesen kleinen Wok aus antihaftbeschichtetem Kohlenstoffstahl bestellt. Eine *erstaunliche* Kombination, der Wok und die Induktionsplatte. Ideal für Mahlzeiten für eine oder zwei Personen. Es macht einfach Spaß, ihn zu benutzen. Er ist leicht, einfach zu handhaben, einfach zu reinigen. Und er sieht toll aus. 5 Sterne und BRAVO!
