Powdered food to complement either milk or similar drink, in my case with oat milk for my daughter. It gives it a pleasant flavor and is a healthy alternative as it is complemented with a large amount of vitamins and minerals. I believe that anyone can take it. The flavor is nothing out of this world, although it dissolves well. That does contain a lot of sugar and calories. In general good but high price.

If you have a picky eater, this product can relax you in a longer run. This obviously doesn’t substitute to natural diet. Still consuming something is better than eating nothing. I have observed a lot of positive changes in my two year old daughter’s health after taking this. Sleeping pattern has also been improved significantly. The quality is excellent. It dissolves quickly into water. It tastes like a chocolate shake.Preparation is simple: you have to dissolve 5 scoops in 190ml of water for 2 year old kid. All ages and required doses are mentioned on the box. The scoop comes with it.However, I believe that quantity should be a little bit more for the money we’re paying for this product.

Chocolate flavour is perfect for hot chocolate as my little man didn’t like any other flavours! It’s easy to prepare and honestly it taste really nice! I totally recommend if you have a selective eater at home!

I don’t usually and can never really be bothered to write reviews, but I had to do this to help my fellow mamas. My baby was born two months premature and has always been small for his age and when he turned one, he still looked about 9/10 months and I got sick of people saying he looked quite small for a one year old. He wasn’t really a picky eater, but he also wasn’t eating every single thing and he loved his milk in the bottle, so I thought I would try this shake out, and this is my second time buying this. We have been offering him more protein rich meals, plus having the shake once a day and I have seen a massive improvement in his appearance, he’s also gained some healthy weight which has been good as well.I just wish that the tub was bigger for the price, considering he only has it once a day it’s quite expensive for the size you get but I feel like it is worth it.Initially he tasted it and knew straightaway that it was not milk, but after the second and third time he got used to it, I got the vanilla flavour as it looked the closest to milk, so it was a nice easy transition, but he loves it now.

Unfortunately my son does not like the taste of this and even with the recommended scoops its not enough to give a lovely strawberry flavour. My son is used to nesquik though so that could be why as his first comment when trying this was "theres not enough powder" lol.
