Coffee machine very easy to operate and gives a lovely hot drink in a short space of time. Really convenient and useful product to have in the kitchen and takes very little counter space.

I'd never used a Tassimo coffee machine before, one was recommended to me. I found the instructions a bit hard to follow at first, they are in the form of a cartoon strip - all pictures, no words. However, once you figured out what each image was, the instructions were easy to follow. The machine gives you a hot cup of delicious coffee very quickly, and by looking at their website, there is a huge range of drinks to choose from. There are downsides. You need to position the pods exactly in the right place or the machine won't work. This is fairly easy to sort out, just open the unit, move the pod slightly, close the unit again and off you go. The other downside is that the unit doesn't deliver much coffee, just over half of a small cupful. I usually use 2 pods, one after the other, to fill a large mug. This still leaves me with enough room for milk. It is also quite noisy, making the sound of a machine gun before settling down to a loud hum as it dispenses the coffee. You get through a lot of pods fairly quickly, even if you only use 2 it 3 per day. Then you have to put thein the Podback bag provided, seal the bag, take a photograph of the label and take the whole lot to a local shop where they process the order for you and send the bag off for recycling. That's all a bit of a palaver. On the other hand, the machine is quite cheap, it's reliable and the drink tastes great

Very very happy with this at a snip of a price, produces the best coffee ever, and after watching a product review, saw how easy it is to just pop in the capsule , and press “go”! Simple’s. ! the amount of liquid in the cappachino is a little low , but I think I’ll probably need to buy the xl capsules next time. I’m extremely happy with this restaurant standard coffee . Thanks

The coffee machine makes a nice cup not coffee, and it doesn't take long, could do with a bigger water capacity as can only get 2 cups out of it.

I recieved this product and it is incredible to use. Folowed tutorial on youtube to set it up for first use as instructions on booklet cartton was hard to figure out. Very happy with the product. I got a used but good condition, and taking it out of the box it looked brand new. no scratches or bumps. it looks like a brand new coffee machine. It is loud when you first start using it (like machine gun) but thats only when you make the first cup. The first cup of water also is a bit luke warm but after second cup it is piping hot. takes 30 seconds to make. Regarding this product- Tassimo don't do much decaf pods. But over all very happy. Anyone thinking of getting this coffee machine then do, especially for this cheap price!!
Clearly not a fresh piece
I bought this as a gift from overseas but it's not a fresh piece. It's been opened and doesn't not contain any of the packaging for a new piece. It would've been okay if it was mentioned as opened item.
At last a decent cup of coffee
I love my Tassimo coffee machine that I have at home in UK. So many choices of great coffee. I spend long holidays with our family in WA and have tried several different coffee machines but have been disappointed by the flavours of the coffee so…… I treated myself to a Tassimo to keep over here. It arrived quickly and although it is difficult to find the pods in Australia I can now enjoy my perfect cuppa!
