5.0 out of 5 stars Good product, reasonable price, lousy instruction manual
I just bought this kitchen tap after searching the internet for a replacement of my old one. It looks good, and it is well made. The installation is straight forward that is if you have basic DYI skills because the instruction manual is TOTALLY USELESS. For a beginner is a nightmare. I found more information from the internet. The manufacturers should pay more attention to this because the booklet does not reflect the quality of this product Time will tell how long-lasting it is but it does come with a guarantee. Overall, it is a good product and the price reasonable.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good for the money
Nice sturdy tap. Only time will tell how good it really is.
5.0 out of 5 stars Stylish and practical
A good price and easily fitted by a qualified plumber
5.0 out of 5 stars Very happy with this tap
The media could not be loaded. This tap was a fraction of the price of similar taps on the market. It does what it claims to do. It has a regular setting and a spray setting (very useful for washing vegetables). It pulls out on a flexible hose, which makes it very useful. It fitted this tap myself so here are a few things you need to know. First, according to UK regulations, if the ouput of the flexible can go below the overflow of the sink, which this can, then you need to fit one way valves on the hot and cold pipes to stop the (unlikely) possibility of dirty water flowing back into the mains. If your hot water comes from an open tank in the attic, you don't need this valve on the hot pipe. These valves are called stop valves in the trade. Secondly, the tap comes with flexible tails that have ⅜" threads; most UK fittings are ½" thread so you will probable need to buy two adaptors. They have a 24 hour order time on Screwfix etc., so get them early. Finally most taps have simply the two tails, but this tap has two extra tubes coming out, one is the mixed water coming out of the mixer and the other is the return pipe for the flexible tap head. These four pipes make things very cramped, so fitting the tap was fiddly and required sone patience. As I said, this tap is great. My only worry is that the control to flip from regular to spray is under a rubber hood and I worry in case the rubber perishes, because how would you replace it. In the (rather poor) video that I made, it may look like the spray does not fully work, it really does work well, but it was hard to hold the phone and the tap at the same time.
1.0 out of 5 stars Lasted 8 months before it started leaking.
In the Uk the plumber told me I would have to buy a coversion kit to fit it to my pipes, so maybe factor in anothoer £120 for the plumber and the conversion kit.. and then it lasted only 8 months. Disappointed to see they dnt even guarantee it for 12 months. So much for their brag of quality.
3.0 out of 5 stars does not work well with low water pressure systems
Probably works fine with lots of mains water pressure but not really suitable for well water ,unless there is a mod I dont know about .
5.0 out of 5 stars Looks good
Great looking tap with spray function. Easy to fit. Good value for money.
1.0 out of 5 stars lasted 26 months
Bought this tap as it came with a 5 year warranty, so I thought it would be better than the Lidls version but it's the same. And Bolo won't honor the warranty, they say I have to contact manufacturer in Spain for warranty! What's the point of buying directly from Bolo if they can't even be bothered to honor the warranty for the stuff they import and sell in this country?Very disappointed
La qualité au rendez-vous
Le top pour le prix , je recommande vivement .
CALIDAD PRECIO
Grifo barato comprado hace tiempo, está instalado y funciona perfectamente, no se ha puesto feo a pesar de estar en una zona costera.
Waterkraan
Even aansluiten en spoelen. Doet het prima.
Super lämplig i husbil
