I got it after my knee replacement surgery.It works and has large enough diameter to accommodate severe swelling.The only downside is quality of neoprene used to seal both ends of the tube.It started to break at the edges after about a week but survived 7 weeks to keep my wound dry.To be fair, I think seller is honest enough to say it will last 6 to 8 weeks od daily showering.

Had knee surgery and was desperate for a shower but under no circumstances could I get my wound wet. I covered dressings in clingfilm for added security and put this waterproof protector on. I placed the top as high as possible for tightness and comfort. I was absolutely astounded when after my shower, a full drenching hair washing affair, my knee and cling film were bone dry.

I bought this product, having ruptured my ACL and MCL, and having to wear a knee brace 24/7. Like some other reviews it is incredibly tight around the top. However it did ease off a little bit after the second wearing and to be honest we’ve all gone through a lot more pain with our original injury. I’m sure. Did a great job, keeping my brace dry and I have worn it in the shower under direct water for around five minutes. My knee brace is quite big and you can see from the photos that it was just about big enough to get over the top of it although it was extremely snug. I do have quite slim legs too! I would persevere with it if you can. Would have 5 stars if more comfy and longer to make it easier to cover my brace but will continue to use so would recommend.

Bought for my husband. Has an ongoing issue after surgery on his leg. Keeps his wound and dressing dry in the shower. Easy to put on and take off. Good value for money.

my mum is only 5ft 4inches, and the leg cover was not long enough to go up to her mid thigh - which is essential to keep her wound dry after her knee replacement.also, there is no seal, so it's basically only single use. i would not recommend this product.

Tiende a moverse y no es completamente impermeable. Al final, fuimos a una ortopedia y conseguimos algo similar por el mismo precio y completamente funcional

Il prodotto è arrivato puntuale, ben protetto e, si è dimostrato pratico da usare, comodissimo e veramente valido. Il materiale protettivo, non necessita di grande manutenzione se non asciugarlo dopo l'uso, e la parte elasticizzata è effettivamente a tenuta stagna e si adatta alla gamba( uso da me fatto). Nel complesso quindi, un ottimo prodotto, con rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Acquisto validissimo e consigliato.
