    Used this 5m strip for three under cabinet lights so cut it to 85cm lengths, I have an 18w LED transformer powering each strip with two separate 5w LED downlights inside the cabinet, it's plenty bright enough as wondered if I needed a double strip but single is plenty, the 4000k is a nice colour, they stuck very well under the cabinet, only issue I had was the fitted connector at one end didn't work but I had bought extra connectors so swapped it out, have a spare 2.5m to play with now, really impressed, I think 9w per metre is optimistic and more like 5w is fine on transformer if that helps.

    For £20 5m length decent enough for under shelf lighting when it is easier to get to. If needed for non accessible more permanent locations I would have gone for a better quality. COB lights are the best, still better to put in aluminium profile with a diffuser. Colour is closer to 3000k than 2700k. 20 watts per metre , not as bright as I expected, but OK for desk lighting. Be careful when peeling back the blue tape, need to carefully pull it back because the actual adhesive tape is the layer underneath. Maybe I was too rough with it because there is now a dead spot , so will need to buy more, get different tape?, may play with RGB instead

    I hooked these up to my camping battery in the tent and they were brilliant.They lit the whole tent up and didn't dent the battery power, using ony a few percentages up every evening. We didn't use anything else. ince this strip was on, the whole tent was lit up so well it was great.I would recommend getting the slightly warmer colour, as the day light ones are a bit bright and white for me!!

    All I did was take the strip and mount it on the edge of an Oak board. Use another board and 2 steel wires to hang it from the ceiling and we have an amasing light over the breakfast bar.

    The media could not be loaded. I wanted a more balance ambiance in our kitchen as well as more lighting for the guest bathroom downstairs but I didn't want the hassle of high voltage wiring.This LED strip came through on all accounts and installing an IR switch also solved the problem with operating them.As you can see in the video and picture attached, it is not only beautiful but also very powerful.I have no issues with it in the bathroom as it is low voltage 24 volt but I certainly don't recommend getting it wet as it has no IP rating..Just ensure that you insulare the ends cuts with some clear silicone to protect against accidental spills.

    I led che avevo nel profilo della cucina avevano perso di prestazioni dopo 11 anni di servizio. Dopo rapida ricerca ho deciso di sostituirli con questo prodotto. Ho verificato la larghezza della striscia (occhio alla combinazione, ce ne sono da 8mm e da 10mm, a me andavano bene quelle da 8mm) e, avendo un trasformatore da 12V ho selezionato la corretta tensione. Nel cambio ho dovuto sostituire anche il vecchio pulsante a sfioramento. Dopo aver saldato il nuovo interruttore con i cavi della striscia (ho tagliato il jack) ho rimontato il tutto e.. bel risultato! Spero che la durata dei led sia buona.. da vedere con il tempo. In dotazione nella confezione ci solo anche dei morsetti che permettono di collegare facilmente striscia con cavi (una prolunga da 10cm è in dotazione!). Se lo sapevo non prendevo anche il pacchettino a parte di connettori e prolunghe.. infine devo dire che il pulsante che ho preso è dimmerabile e l'effetto finale di regolazione è perfetto. Zero sfarfallio. L'installazione è di 3.7m circa. L'alimentatore usato è 12V 4.25A. la versione luce calda è molto calda. In foto la versione luce Naturale.
