I've recently received my product and already think it's great.Having worn it since it arrived, it feels very comfortable and is offering a good level of support and compression, which is what I needed. I wanted something that was sturdy, but not too rigid, offering that sweet spot of support and compression, and this product does just that.The packaging looks smart and the product looks like it's well made and good quality. The non-slip silicone strip is a good addition and I can see the benefits of this for when I am able to be more active with my knee as it does not roll down or slip.So thank you! You have already made a painful knee less so, which is an amazing feeling after a long period of pain.

PURE SUPPORT Compression Knee Sleeve - Best Knee Brace for Meniscus Tear, Arthritis, Quick Recovery, etc. - Ideal for Running, CrossFit, Basketball and other Sports - Single WrapI bought two of these about a month ago. I thought they'd be OK for the job, but am I ever impressed and that takes a lot when it comes to things like this. I need to have one for each knee and they are lightweight, fit evenly without bunching, and will absolutely NOT roll down from the top. I weigh about 10.5 stone and bought the large size so I could wear them over long underwear. I tend to wear these at night as they are very comfortable and keep my knees supported so they don't twist when I turn over. They do not sweat (this is February right now), but if they did I have some 'liquid' baby powder I can put on if needed.If I have having a painful day, I wear them UNDER a set of support neoprene knee wraps from my physio that are pliable and breathe (the ones with the hole over the kneecap). Even with the two layers, I am comfortable enough to walk my regular 2 miles a day. They do not pinch! Otherwise, I just wear the neoprene ones which have a nice cushy feel to them. Then wear the Pure ones at night. They wash very well and go back to their original shape if I have had them stretched over the long johns. If it's not such a cold day, I slip some compression stockings over my knees which I have cut off at the shin. Feels good. But they are fine on their own if you don't need added warmth.Hopefully they will do the job and once my dodgy knees are better, I will only need them for maintenance during the day and can discontinue using the supports from my physio. They are not ugly, and if wearing shorts, I'd feel OK about them showing. Or if I wear thin joggers, I will put them on the outside.If I lose more weight, down to 10 stone, I might try the medium size if these lose their elasticity. But looking at the inner structure, I don't think that will happen any time soon!Well worth the £12 price for each... this is a well-made product and I can only recommend you try one yourself!

It is do difficult ro find a good fitting knee brace that works. Very few retail shops sell them so you end up ordering online. Sizing is always difficult as different manufacturers have different ideas on where to measure and the correct fit.After looking at description and reviews on the "pure" knee brace which is twice the price of others i could see it was worth the extra money.Unfortunately though, although it is well made (better than the cheaper ones) it is a shame there is a major flaw in the design. It is to straight. All others I have purchased the bottom is more narrow than the top. Which makes sense as that is how the leg is above and below the knee.This one fits perfectly above the knee (where they ask you to measure it from) BUT it is just far to wide at the bottom and flaps about and you can easily get most of your hand in the gap.Such a disappointment.

As soon as I got this I tried it on and I noticed the relief right away without using the straps, using the straps after was like having extra support. It feels very comfortable. This compression sleeve brace is AWESOME! I slightly tore my Meniscus in my lt knee I had been hobbling around for weeks. Procrastinating going to the doctor. So I bought this brace. I did as it said and measured my thigh 4 inches above my knee and got 23 inches. I ordered the xl brace and it fit comfortably. With in minutes my knee immediately started to feel comfortable and stable. I have worn the brace for 2 weeks now and am finally getting back to normal. The pain is finally going away. I love how stable my knee feels. The brace isn’t a miracle cure so please go to the doctor if you need.
Graduated compression is no joke!
I thought "graduated compression" was a bit of a gimmick BUT at first I put this brace on backwards (the part that was supposed to be on the front of my knee was on the back), and thought it was too tight and exerting too much pressure on my injured knee. Once I put it on correctly, this was resolved, making me think that the "graduated compression" is the real deal.The situation: I tore my ACL and both meniscuses and am awaiting surgery. I wear this on my injured knee during the day for compression and support while I crutch around and try to put minimal weight on the leg. I bought this and another brace and I like this one best for a couple of reasons. The material is soft and thinner than the other brace. It feels comfortable to wear all day. The graduated compression means that it provides a lot of support and prevents swelling very well without putting too much pressure on the sensitive areas around the inside of the knee (where the medial meniscus is injured and sensitive). When I wear this brace, my knee does not get sore from just hanging/swinging there as I hobble around. In addition, the brace has never slipped down and remains smooth across the back of the knee as well (thought I'm not playing sports in it right now). Can't say enough, Pure Support has gained a fan.
