    Very comfortable with clear sound, a little on the larg3 sid3 but I have a very small head, very few fit meOnly criticism is no instructions and I have caught the control piece a couple of times and it loses contact, I don’t know what I’ve done so just keep pressing buttons until it works again

    I've been using a Plantronics Blackwire for years - and it finally died. I ordered this because it looks a reasonably priced 'match' and it was next day delivery - fulfilled by Bolo.It sounds fine and the mic seems OK and does appear to supress background noise quite well. So top marks for these main features.Sadly, there's a couple of frustrating features too. The description implies that the headband is ultra-bendy, strong and flexible etc. It doesn't feel like that - the plastic is stiffer than I'd have expected/wanted. I've not been brave enough to test how flexible it is because I suspect it would snap without too much effort. Also it could have done with expanding a little more for real comfort.And then there's the cord. It's long enough but for some reason I don't understand, the controls are way too close to the headset. So rather than being able to hold it in one hand to control the mute button etc. it dangles several inches below the earpiece making it awkward to use. It offers volume up/down, mic mute and speaker-off. The mute shows a red light when active but turning the speaker off relies on you realising you can't hear anything anymore! It works fine with Microsoft Teams but the mute button is not recognised/replicated by MS Teams - so danger of 'double muting' yourself.On balance, a good value product - waiting to find out how long it lasts.

    I have had a few pairs of headphones for work use only. These are brilliant they tick every box when it comes down to sound quality is great. I have these set to 50% on windows 10 and the audio is very clear. I use these on a daily basis joining Microsoft teams meeting and Skype conference calls.The mute Mic is very handy and the volume rocker works well and over rides the volume setting on the PC (Windows 10) These sit on the ear and offer a lightweight feel I've had these on for about 2.5 hours and after a while you forget you are wearing them.A bonus is they don't make your one ear hot and sweaty my last pair did that and hated it. You can also hear yourself talking when on a call which was the main reason why I opted to purchase these in the first place.Really happy with the purchase and i will continue to use on a daily basis.

    I've had this product for almost a year now and it still works completely fine and as intended. If you're looking for a cheap very lightweight 1 ear headset then this will do you just fine.I'm only gonna giving it 4 stars because it's incredibly flimsy plastic but it has held up so there's that.

    Headset was fine but the wiring broke within a month of very light use. Just outside the return window too so stuck with a useless headset. Very disappointed ***UPDATE**** Was sent a replacement set that has worked well for over a month now.
