    I'm in my 50's and I was suffering with achey joints in my hands and knees. I started taking these about 10 days ago and my joints are no longer aching. They seem to work for me and I've had no noticeable side effects. All good up to now!

    I am trying a new joint pain relief but I cannot say whether this is the right supplement for me. Have notice a difference . There is no odour & the capsules are easy to swallow I will finish the course of 60 capsules (2 a day) & then make my decision.

    I was amused to discover the packaging is actually a slim, flat plastic box, not the conventional round tub that it looks like. I suppose it makes it easier to post. These seem to be good supplements though. I was buying vitamin D, K2, Vitamin C, curcumin separately. So even though these capsules are quite expensive, they will have me buying lots of separate supplements. Plus they contain Boswellia Serrata, which I have read about.

    I do not know if these are effective for joints. They gave me persistent headaches each time I tried them. So I gave up.
