I have tried so many sleep aids.... all promising wonderful things, that cost me a small fortune and never worked!Before purchasing I was concerned on the amount of Magnesium in the Night Complex as I take a daily Magnesium supplement. I spoke with Sophie from Nutravita via messenger on their website. She was very friendly, pleasant and very helpful. She researched my queries and replied promptly.So here I am two weeks into taking the Complex. I first tried taking it just before bedtime, it still took ages for me to fall asleep. So I decided to take it after my evening meal with a large glass of water. I found myself feeling really calm and stress free in the evenings and by the time I was going to bed (10pm for me!) I was relaxed and fell over to sleep a lot easier. There are no groggy side effects the following day. All in all I'm really impressed with the customer service, the products are excellent and as always, speedy delivery from Bolo. I presently take two other Nutravita products which are also proving to be a great asset to my everyday health. It's a great company with top quality products and I have no hesitation recommending them.

I’ve been having issues sleeping for a while. Takes me an hour to fall asleep. By then it’s 3am on a school night. I’m in year 11, and just trying to get a full 7 hours and be up by 6.I started taking them at around 7pm. As I was told too in the reviews. And it didn’t work. but I decided to stick to it. I started taking them throughout 2 weeks. And didnt work. God knows if I need to be productive, just to give these tablets enough kick to knock me out by 11pm. Honestly didn’t change anything. But my mother also took one. Within 30 mins. She was passed out.Honestly this melatonin picks and chooses who it wants to help.Get it or not. Feeling lucky enough for them to work?

After struggling with sleep for the last 3 years and nothing working apart from heavy prescription drugs that knocked me out for the day after ! I reviewed this product just under a week ago and thought I’d give it a try ! I read how it helped everyone and thought “it won’t work for me” as I had given up all hope of ever having a normal sleep pattern ever again ! I’m happy to say its been a god send and has worked for my sleep fantastically from the very first night !! I woke up feeling refreshed, HAPPY and everyone at work also noticed. Even though I have been working through covid my sleep went completely out of the window and I was sleeping at 5am for only a couple of hours then going to work :(.I have to say that these are absolutely brilliant and please do try because I feel brand new now !! :D

Taste is not great. They are easy to swallow. Sleep quality not improved at all. Didn't really help with my insomnia. 5htp has worked better by itself.

Ho cambiato tante di quegli integratori e supplementi per dormire, ma non ha mai funzionato nulla. Mentre compro e ricompro queste di Nutravita perchè non solo su di me hanno un effetto calmante, ma sono l'unica cosa che mi permette di fare qualche ora di sonno in tranquillità. Apprezzo che siano tutti principi naturali e che posso prenderle tranquillamente senza preoccuparmi di effetti collaterali. Le consiglio sicuramente!!!
Enfin je dors....
Je sors enfin d une longue période d insomnie où je dormais 3 heures par nuit qui a duré 4 mois suite à l arrêt total d'un somnifère pris pendant un an.. Ces nuits de calvaire n etaient pas résolues ni par la mélatonine seule ou en synergie avec de la Valeriane et du Pavot de Californie. Je me réveillais avec des douleurs aux cervicales et des maux de tête violents.. J ai acheté ce produit à cause de la composition. Je prends 2 gélules le soir car 1 seule ne me convient pas. Je prends en plus 3 comprimés de Valeriane bio.. Je m endors rapidement ce qui est un exploit. Je ne fais pas encore de nuits complètes sans me réveiller au moins deux fois la nuit mais je me rendors facilement. Excellent produit.

Un producto de alta calidad, realmente efectivo, induce a un sueño profundo y reparador. Ha sido un excelente descubrimiento, absolutamente recomendable. Su mayor virtud es que no lleva Mela tonina, un ingrediente que la mayoría de los somniferos naturales llevan en su composición, pero hay que tener ciertas precauciones ya que influye en la relación que tiene con la serotonina en el cerebro. Un desajuste en esta sustancias por un exceso de melatonina en su cantidad y por largos periodos de ingesta podría estar relacionado con el "Síndrome de las piernas inquietas" Por eso, este producto es altamente recomendable porque carece de melatonina y potencia el uso de sustancias muy fiables.

Llevaba tomándolo un par de meses, con rabia, porque la verdad es que después de leer los comentarios esperaba mucho mas.No notaba nada, pero bueno, tampoco iba a tirar el bote. Así que hace cosa de una semana, por acabármela antes, empecé a tomar dos en vez de una. Y ahi si que he notado efecto. El sueño es más pesado, monitorizo mi sueño con un chisme de withings que se pone debajo del colchon y desde que tomo dos capsulas al dia he notado un incremento de aproximadamente el 30% del sueño profundo . Tengo que decir que no ayuda a conciliar el sueño, para eso es infalible la melatonina.Lo que si es un buen tandem es melatonina + estas captulas.Para aclarar un poco mi problema con la dosis. Mido 1,97 y peso 94 kilos. Entiendo que a lo mejor debería de haber probado más dosis antes.
