    I like this product a lot. Good generous dosage. I do feel that the capsule shell is too thick and I suspect it takes too long to dissolve and release in my stomach!! I think it is important for it to release quickly in the stomach. So I am a bit perplexed that it feels like something is stuck in my stomach when I take it. But I also feel that it is very good quality inside... the after effects I can tell is good. So the actual Betaine HCL inside the capsule appears to be of excellent - maybe even better quality than my previous experiences.

    At 60, I eat a lot of meat proteins I was starting to experience some 'Heartburn issues' and I hate pills from the Doctor. This product is best taken 30 or so minutes before eating to help digest the meat proteins through the pepsin, and as a precursor for making stomach acid which enables a more efficient Stomach acid PH, which should be PH 1-3 ! Together with Apple cider vinegar ( not taken at the same time as these), it worked in hours and I was back to normal. Feeling great. A very good benefit for your stomach and immune system !

    Have suffered from bad digestion in the stomach for a while now. The result is more work for my intestines, toxine build up causing diarhea and bloating. I found this formula very helpful. I tried more complex ones that include plant/fruit extracts such as Papain for example but those triggered intolerance reactions such as skin flushing, headaches, or dizziness. I take this nearly daily now with my main meal. Thank you Bolo.

    Good hcl and pepsin , rubbish bulking and fillers , there's better natural companies without this rubbish in . Raise your game always check ingredients people !!! And if companies really care stop using rubbish and trying to hoodwink people , your get more custom derrr

    Really glad to find a gelatine capsule as I cannot digest the veggie caps.This works just as well as other brands i've tried, I take 2 with large meals or if I'm drinking with a meal, or 1 with a snack.Without them I suffer poor digestion, nausea, bloating and have a miserable time, on them i feel and sleep a lot better.
