    A complete waste of time. Waited 6 weeks so far and they just tell me they have a technical problem. No change, taking no responsibility for fixing the problem and not proactively keeping me inform… given this is to monitor a medical issue the lack of concern is very disappointing.

    I went for this iron blood test, as in my last blood doning session they rejected me. because my iron levels are too low. I wanted to find out if my iron levels are back to normal. I found the instructions over complicated and could have been done in a more direct fashion. I can't comment on how well the test results are as I haven't received them yet. But it is done through an app, that you can download to your phone

    If you need instant results, do not but this test, it's been 16 days since posting my sample and I'm still yet to receive any results. Their phone line is just an automated response saying that all their agents are busy, and when you email them, you get a generic bogus response after about 7 days.Don't waste your money...

    Don’t buy this product if you want a quick result! I bought this as I was worried I had low iron levels - the kit is really easy to use, just a shame it took 2 weeks to get the result.

    EDIT: The results came back within a couple of weeks and no issues encountered thank you.Having just taken a dna health test I know that the wheels of these health tests roll painfully slowly. My test was in the post for a month before it was acknowledged so don't worry if you have to wait weeks for the results of this test because it seems normal in the lab world.This ferritin test comes securely packaged. Inside is everything you need to do a finger prick sample and instructions on what to do with it.I found it's better to read the instructions rather than look at the pictures. With the finger prick make sure you prick the side of the clean finger then wait a few seconds before squeezing the finger and you'll get more than enough blood.Close the cassette and place in the 24hr tracked postal bag. You then need to register the test on the app.If the test result comes back quickly I'll update this review otherwise take it that it's weeks. I'd buy another one of these tests and more in the range. It's easier than begging your doctor to test your ferritin levels.

    I have been sent this item to provide my opinion on as part of the Bolo Vine programme.The kit comes well presented, and has all required for you to take your blood sample - the kit is straightforward and easy to use, there are full instructions which are step by step.Before using the kit, you need to activate the test through the Cerascreen app - this takes a few minutes and again, is easy to to do; you simply need to prick your finger and drop around 4 drops of blood into a small ‘sample plate’, it is then placed within the shipping bag and sent off for analysis.It has been a while since I sent off my sample; I recently did a Food Intolerance test, which was quick and they kept my updated throughout; however with this Ferritin Test, I’ve not received any update or indication they’ve received it and there’s no word about the results so far.Similarly, like others - there is no results, so I am not sure when they will come through.I have tried to contain Cerascreen however you are unable to speak to a human advisor as they use an automated phone line which is not helpful, I have tried to contact them through email and again, no response.The items description says; ‘After just a few days’, I think this is misleading as the results haven’t come through.When I took the sample to the Post Office, I was asked what was inside - they told me it should have had bio-sample sticker on the outer, which Cerascreen had not provided.Somewhat disappointing - wouldn’t recommend as of now, not reliable if you want quick/fast results.

    Test results have not been released its been 2 weeks, i have also had no reply from customer service when asking how long it would take.
