Initially worked well. Much quieter than our old kitchen aid. However 5 weeks in and broken. All 4 screws holding mixer to stand came out at the same time. Now trying to work out how to return item and get a refund or replacement.

I bake alot, but use a handheld mixer. Cakes come out great Thought! Thought I'd get a kenwood, but it doesn't aerate the mixture like the hand held and my cakes are flat 🤨 so I'm not loving the performance- looks great though and pretty sturdy

The media could not be loaded. Nothing good about this mixer manufacturing faults ignoredi don't see how this mixer gets so many positive reviews unless it's used by people who only whisk and make fairy cakesthere are serious faults with the glass bowled versions with the ring snapping/cracking so people have to buy a replacement or go for a metal bowled versionfor mixing any kind of dough these are not goodwell they will mix it but the noise and the movement of the head is very alarming

This was such good value compared to the price that other places are currently selling this model for - I wanted the metal bowl as I was worried I might break a glass bowl like the cheaper models have. Arrived swiftly and perfectly functional. Very happy!

Have been wanting this mixer for ages but couldn’t find a black one available. I was a bit wary purchasing it since the price was a lot less than most shops selling the same mixer but it was great! The box for the mixer was sealed and all the parts were included. Absolutely love it and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good mixer
