Brentfords Weighted Blanket for Adults and Children
Available in 3 sizes containing different weights means the weighted blanket is suitable for both adults and kids alike. Consult your physician for recommended blanket weight, although this is usually between 7-12% of your body weight. The 4kg blanket is ideal for children, whilst the 6kg and 8kg weight is suited to adults. Please note: this product should not be used by very young children, who are unable to move the blanket themselves.

Did buy 2 of these. One for my son who has autism and can have disrupted sleep....he's had a good few undisturbed nights since putting it on. However....I returned the one for us. The colour is nice . It is very heavy and the way the beads accumulate in the squares is a bit odd. I don't fully understand the tabs attached that say you can tie it down- don't know how as no cord included plus ,on a double bed,not sure how you could tie it down. My husband has a skin lymphoma which came up this week- not because of this blanket I add, but the weight made his legs even more uncomfortable through the night. Its good for the price but sadly not for us. Can only be handwashed ....not sure how you'd do that .

I have Autism and suffer with trauma and as a result powerful panic attacks so I don't feel safe at night and get overwhelmed easily. I'm 29 and been struggling at night for longer than I can remember this blanket has changed it all for me at night and the day.I feel so safe under it and comfortable it's like pressure but a nice pressure not at all uncomfortable it's even helped with my restless legs . The colour is very soothing it is high quality and durable, I would say I struggle abit in really hot days as it is very warm but given the choice to be hot or not feel overwhelmed it's a no brainer.

I'll start out by saying that I am the type of person who wakes up several times through the night (usually hourly, if not more frequently). I toss and turn most nights and wake up still feeling tired however I can honestly say that after seeping with this blanket, my quality of sleep has improved tenfold. The blanket is obviously not a complete fix for improving sleep quality however I would say on average I now only wake 3-5 times a night rather than the 8-10 times before sleeping with this blanket.The material is soft, smooth and thin meaning that the blanket can be used alone in the summer or layered under another blanket in the winter. The blanket is filled with small beads which are spread out over the whole blanket providing an even "heaviness" over you whole body while you sleep. The sensation is comforting and feels like a hug which is fantastic when feeling overstimulated.A fantastic purchase and I will never be going back to sleeping with a normal blanket.

Ist 5 Tage vor liefer Datum bei mir angekommen, bis jetzt kann ich mit der Decke gut schlafen glaube ich werde mir entweder eine weitere oder eine etwas schwerer holen, wenn ich auf dem Bauch oder Rücken still liege spüre ich gaum das Gewicht der Decke aber wenn ich auf der Seite liege dan spüre ich es etwas mehr und soweit ist es angenehm und stört mich nicht beim schlafen, Mein Fazit eine Gute und bequeme Decke👍
