I like the large clear bright display and larger buttons than others purchased. Instructions are also very clear and it is easy to set them up. Follow instructions and you are using these within minutes. Also has a random time function that I am not yet sold on, but wrks well - I would like to be able to set start and finish boundaries for the random function instead of the boundaries being from 6pm to 6am.Well made and easy to use, so far working well. Keep in time better than old mechanical timers, so will buy a couple more to replace old timers and add random functionality in a couple of rooms.

These were easier to use than I expected. Given how simple to use analog ones are, digital ones just seem like a step backwards in many ways. However they were really quite simple to set up and the included instructions were fairly clear.The one thing I dont understand is why none of these devices have a "between times x and y do some random on/off" mode. This would seem to me to be the one place where digital can beat the old clockwork ones. So that you can say: turn on/off a few times at random between 7 and 12 pm, for example. Anyway this is a minor quibble. The solution of this device is that you have to manually program up to 18 different schedules, so that it is different every night of the week, which does do the job. I used to simulate something like this using two analog ones in series. There is a random function on these but it does not make it clear exactly what it does, and since I set these up the day before we went on holiday I didnt have time to experiment much with it.

I purchased the pair of electronic timer switches (TE02) and was initially rather disappointed as both of the units were unresponsive. Appreciating that they contained rechargeable batteries I plugged them into the mains which resulted in one becoming operational after only a few moments. The other remained non-operational after having been connected to the mains for 8 hours plus.I contacted support via email provided in the packaging and received a reply within 24 hours suggesting I hold the reset button button on the timer down for 5 to 10 seconds whilst plugged into the mains, and after trying several times the timer remained unresponsive. A further email was promptly answered with an offer of replacement, or a refund. Having opted for a replacement they were shipped and arrived within a couple of days.I can not comment on long term usage, but in testing the timers they are intuitive to set up and appear to operate as described: the instructions are easy to follow. One thing that I was not clear about when buying them is that if you set the random functionality on then this overrides any programmed times, i.e. the timers will NOT allow both programmed timing and random functionality, it is one or the other..Whilst I find it a shame that the units are not tested more thoroughly prior to being shipped I am most impressed with the support offered by the company. Would I recommend the products, yes given that timers provide the functionality I sought, and the outstanding support provided to resolve the issue with the unresponsive unit.

I have only had these timers a day, but thought I should review them.Firstly packaging and build quality are top drawer, these seem solid, and well put together. The screen size is great and crystal clear, setting the timers is fairly straight forward,but there is a multitude of options Inc 18 opportunities per day to turn your light ,appliance or whatever on or off, you can programme just weekdays, separate days ,every other day or whatever you like, the options are great..there is also a random mode if you can't be bothered to set the timers yourself, it will randomly turn on and off throughout the day.It has an option to switch easily between standard time and daylight saving time which will add/takeaway an hour ...there is also a count down timer which I haven't used as yet.They really are a quality timer, the many options might suit everyone, but I personally love the build quality, the clarity and the many functions...I am already thinking of buying more..

I purchased these to provide some additional security for the house when we are away on holiday to switch lights on at various times to give the impression we were at home. Also used 1 to manage the irrigation system I built in my greenhouse. Great functionality and easy to setup. I was so impressed I bought 2 more.

Not super simple to use but simple enough. But it doesn’t look as though the battery for the LCD can be replaced.

This product is good. I didn’t need the 18 programmes but that said it works and both timers are on different programme setting but still come on together

So far so good, had these in place for a few months now. Easy to use/change settings, decent size screen, seem to keep time. What more can you ask for!
