I use these in my diffuser each night making different combinations. A great meditation or sleep idea is eucalyptus for breathing easy lavender for calm, clove for deep scent and lemongrass and patchouli for that lovely flower scent. I use them every day and also in my car diffuser. Very good strength and nice that the dropper works well on all bottles. Some companies only provide a bottle and a sperate dropper which is fiddly I do like this item and will recommend it definitely

Some smell great, some are weak as hell. The bottles are pretty poor quality and they don’t seem to be equally filled. Not bad, but going to a specialist site would probably be better value for money. Although you probably wouldn't get next day delivery
