5.0 out of 5 stars A super little air fryer - perfect for 1 person - good for elderly
We wanted a really simple air fryer for an elderly relative who is no longer able to use her oven, but still loves her fish fingers! This perfectly fits the bill. It only has 2 controls - temperature and timer - and we've taped the temperature dial so it's fixed at 190 (it is quite easy to move around and my relative is partially sighted and can't see the numbers clearly so we have fixed it for her with duct tape) so all she has to do is set the timer. We've fixed some tactile dots on the timer dial so that she's able to easily twist it to 10, 20 or 30 minutes and basically that's it. Oven chips, fish fingers, a small pie, heat up ready meals etc are all approx 20 mins at 190 so she can enjoy her favourite foods again! She can't leave it on by accident as the timer stops it cooking (good safety point!) and it stops cooking as soon as you disengage the tray/container. I've got a 9in1 Ninja, which is fab, but I kind of think I need one of these, because it's so cute and easy!If I was going to make a criticism it would be that the temp dial turns too easily so you can change the temp accidentally with just brushing it with your sleeve. I'd prefer (for my relative) if the dial clicked into place at set temps eg 175, 180, 185, 190 etc. so that once set it wouldn't move. It's a really minor thing, because this is a great little cooker!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good intro to air frying
I recently purchased the small air fryer to try out this new cooking technology at home. Overall, I'd say it's a decent product that's great for beginners or those who want to test the waters with air frying. However, I was a bit disappointed with its performance, especially when compared to some of the more expensive models on the market.First, the good stuff. The air fryer is incredibly easy to use, with a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy to set the temperature and timer. The design is also quite compact and lightweight, making it easy to store in a small kitchen or apartment. The basket is also a great size for small batches of food, and the non-stick coating makes it easy to clean up after use. The air fryer comes with a few preset settings for popular foods like fries and chicken, which is a nice touch. However, the performance is where the air fryer falls short. While it's able to produce some decent results, they're not always consistent or impressive. The food can sometimes come out a bit soggy or undercooked, and the crispiness just isn't there.I've tried cooking everything from fries to chicken wings to vegetables, and while it's possible to get decent results, they're not always as good as what I've gotten from other air fryers. The heat distribution seems to be a bit uneven, and the fan can be quite loud at times.Overall, I'd recommend this air fryer to anyone who wants to try out air frying at home but isn't ready to invest in a more expensive model. It's a great way to dip your toes into the world of air frying and see if it's something you enjoy.Pros:Easy to use and cleanCompact and lightweight designGreat for small batches of foodNon-stick coatingCons:Performance could be betterUneven heat distributionLoud fanNot as good as more expensive models
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for campervan
I bought this to use in my campervan. It is fairly compact, but roomy enough inside. Cooks everything beautifully and easy to clean. A good buy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good appliance, just very small capacity.
For a first air fryer, this was an excellent choice. However, I didn't realise how small the 2 litre capacity was. So I returned it to get a bigger one.
5.0 out of 5 stars Space saving product
I am using the air fryer since one month, it works perfect and easy to store as it doesn't need much space. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people. I am happy with the purchase. So far so good!
4.0 out of 5 stars Basket size!
Disappointed with basket size, considering my last purchase which was Tower vortex 1.5 litre, really expecting this chef man to have larger basket, however very small considering I want fish and chips/ burger and chips etc! Have to cook separately, as advised not to stack foods. It was considerably light compared to most which is a good thing if as myself, elderly and having to lift to work surface. I have wrist arthritis and poor sight so would consider clear dials. Excellent for cooking small items and food turned out absolutely marvellous, so if you have clear vision not elderly would certainly recommend cooking results
5.0 out of 5 stars 👌 perfect
Love this. I have a small kitchen and it fits perfectly and does a great job. So good my friend bought one for her campervan. Easy cleaned
Never thought a man would be excited about a kitchen appliance.
Bought this for my husband, who works out of town and lives in the 5th wheel. He loves it for cooking almost everything.
