This done the job and held my flat Ethernet cable very well across doors and skirting, the only problem with this item is that it is more of a yellow than a white, otherwise no issues.

I got these to help to tidy cables instead of them hanging where they could be seen. They have been fine for this and are not obtrusive. They were particularly useful when installing a dashcam in my car to route the cables where they would not be seen and would not hang where they could foul the pedals. I found the adhesive to be strong enough to stick to most surfaces but still enable them to be removed if necessary. Recommended.

Great alternative
Great alternative if you can't nail regular cable clamps on a wall. Adhesive seems to be strong. I've only had one fall of and it was one I put in and a ward spot.Recommended!
