    I love these vegan gummies. They taste like sweeties (keep away from kiddies alert!) and are chewy and easy to swallow. Early days as yet on their effectiveness but the fact they are quite yummy means I am very likely to keep taking them.

    Been taking these for a couple of months now and starting to notice that my nails are getting stronger. They used to split frequently, which was both painful and annoying.Re size and ease of taking, as they are gummies, they can be chewed and have a pleasant flavour.Saw the same ons on sale in my local chemist, at £20 so definitely better value for money on here!

    Third order of these i think. Seem to be working for thicker hair growth and skin seems alot healthier. Not seen results in increased energy. Very easy to take and fruity flavour. Will definitely keep going.

    The black pepper really comes through and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth. They are easy to eat/ chew but have to have juice when taking these.
