Blown away with the result in 30 days! Just taking these caps. 2 every morning. Had a fungal big toe infection for a few years now. On one side it got all yellow and the nail started retreating. Kept trying all the different pens and lacquers, but all of them would only help slightly at the start and then it would all revert to how it usually is.But this complex it working miracles - the yellowness is gone almost completely now and the nail is growing back and getting a symmetric shape again.Super happy and can’t recommend enough!PS also got rid of my Adidas Superstars that have a rubber toe cover and clearly were making the situation worse. Also if you got similar issues - cotton socks only (at least 68%, check the label) and breathable shoes at all times. If you have to wear shoes to the office look into Brogues. They often ha perforations on top that allow the foot to vent and breathe.

After taking an extended course of antibiotics and other prescribed medication I kept getting skin fungal infections and struggled with my gut health. I initially took a course of probiotics which helped with the stomach but his product has definitely got to grips with the fungal infection side of things very quickly. I'm over the moon with how it's made me feel and so I'm very happy to recommend this product.

This needs to be taken more frequently, comes in a smaller quantity, and is more expensive than other probiotics available. However I’ve found it also doesn’t work for me, whenever I try it I get another yeast infection. When I switch back to my old brand it goes away again. Might work for others.Packaging is nice though and capsules are easy to swallow, if a bit big

Since taking these my problems have stopped im on my second purchase now and will definitely continue to get them ,the taist is not all that but Hay what tablet does have a nice taist would definitely recommend if you have been suffering from lady problems

Took them for about 2 weeks..no difference.. didn't help to clear up...only thing I got was very painfull wrist and knee joints...when bending knee it felt so painfull and leg like it was going into a cramp....now stopped taking them and joints starting to feel better..not so painfull. Can't really say it was due to taking this tablets but I won't take them anymore.

The benefits of this product was noticeable within 3 days. I took 2 twice a day for a week to get my system cleared and functioning and then maintained on 2 every night with an additional Probiotic. Was great for my skin which was breaking out aggressively. Stopped the breakout 'dead in its tracks'.
