I used two of these to put up an extra large canvas (90 x 120cm) and it was super easy. Each canvas hanger comes with two command strips. I actually had to reposition the hangers twice as we have dodgy ceilings that aren’t perpendicular to the floor so the canvas looked off even though it was level, so I had to do some careful movement to make it look level. I was concerned that after moving it twice the stickiness would be impacted but made sure I pressed extra hard and left it for 24hrs before putting the canvas on. Touch wood, it’s still up 2 months later. Very happy!
4.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I needed, but you might have issues.
I needed to hang a two fairly large frames in my bathroom, but the walls are all slightly angled inwards, and I didn't want it just dangling off one screw without being flush to the wall. This is exactly what was needed, I put 4 of these on each frame, THEN adding the wall-side stickypads (Make sure the velcro locks!) and then pressing hard on each one to get it stuck to the wall. In my case my "wall" is made of oak wood, and I didn't have any issues in getting the pads to stick, even after removing and reapplying the frame.There is a caveat; I wouldn't hold out on these sticking to everything with the same adhesion. The pads as others point out aren't very sticky, they obviously are using a specialist adhesive from 3M, but I'm sure they could make them "stickier" for purpose, I'm sure if I had tiling or plasterboard, this would be an entirely different review. There's also an argument that these are just glorified velcro pads more than anything else. For me they seem good value and work well, but it might not be the same case for you, mileage may vary.

After spending days filling, sanding and repainting walls, the last thing I wanted to do was drill a series of holes for the pictures I wanted to put up! Command Strips to the rescue.I used these to put up a neat row of 7 small-ish pictures in chunky frames with very little fuss. Aside from the lack of holes needed, what I love the most is that once you've put up the pictures, you can adjust them easily if they're not quite level with each other, or the spacing needs tweaking.I will definitely use these again.I believe they will come off the wall perfectly when needed too, as we've used other size Command Stripes before.

This brand may be more expensive than others, but in my opinion, that's because they are the best! So easy to use and remove (although I'm not sure I'd stick them on wallpaper). I've used them to hang different sized canvases, metal plaques, and a heavy stone seahorse! Excellent product.

Expensive for what it is. I needed 2 so it is an expensive way to hang a picture! So far they have held. I have no idea if the hanger can be removed without removing paintwork as I havent tried it.

Works as intended. I used these to hang a canvas and the tape easily comes off. Just pull straight down slowly, not outward. Reusable if you have replacement tapes, too.
Command Strips! A life changer!
What can I say that hasn’t already been said about trans strips. These strips are able to hang a picture without damaging the wall at all by putting the strips on the side of the picture and hanging it on the wall. To remove the strips you simply take off the picture and then pull the bottom tab until the strip attached to the wall releases itself leaving the wall in beautiful shape. These are a wonderful invention, and we use them around the house in all different shapes and configurations.

I like how easy they are to use. When I switched rooms for my office I decided to utilize one wall to put most of my pictures and shelves.
