I have tried numerous supplements to help me sleep, finally I have found the right one. Amazing! Take this in the evening and I sleep great now. I’ve been on magnesium supplements before, ie Citrate, Gluconate, Bisglcinate. This is far better than anything I’ve tried before, it actually works! Wish I had tried this a few years back, that’s how long I have had sleeping issues for. Great supplement, definitely would recommend 🙏.

Vimergy was recommended to me by a health professional and I have been taking the magnesium only for a few weeks, so I cannot comment on how well it’s working yet (need to give it another month or two, as with all supplements) but so far so good! My joints are not aching any more which is fantastic.

I bought these based on the recommendation that magnesium glycinate was particularly beneficial form of magnesium supplementation for relaxation and sleep quality in particular. The vitamins seem good quality (as much as its possible to determine without lab analysis) and are well packaged with desiccant sachet and cotton wool. However personally they had no noticeable impact on my sleep, either subjectively based on my personal experience, or as tracked by my Whoop wearable sleep/fitness tracker. This probably just indicates that my diet wasn't deficient in magnesium in the first place so supplementation couldn't help me - they may benefit you if your diet is otherwise deficient in magnesium.
