I had bought myself a water flosser, and my dad who was impressed by its ability asked me to get him one too. I got him this one because it looked really sleek and modern looking and I’m really pleased with his reaction.He absolutely adores it and has sung its praises like 4-5 times now. He had tooth surgery where they put artificial teeth in and he was never able to clean the hard to reach areas with ease, so he said that this has been a game changer for him. He was also really pleased with the buttons that stick out a bit making it easy to work with when you have water splashing in your mouth and you want to focus on cleaning your teeth.Overall he really recommends it and has said that it feels like good quality, it does the job really well and the battery life has been lasting a good time. He said that he especially appreciates the dual settings where he can change the pressure as his gums are sensitive. His teeth are cleaner and his smile is brighter. 😊

The battery life is very good , you can adjust the water flow, i use it on the minimum speed as it’s very powerful. (Compared to the one i had before). Cleans teeth so goodThe travel pouch is very nice & has different accessories.Definitely worth the money

I've had several flossers over the years. I like the various water jet strengths that you can select with this one and it comes with a good range of attachment heads. A real plus is that it includes a zipped travel case.I've deducted 1 star as it developed a fault after 1 month and would not switch on even when fully charged. I contacted Binefia customer services by email. They responded immediately and asked me to send a video. I did this and was offered a replacement which arrived very quickly. Very good customer service gives you peace of mind should your flosser develop a fault during the guarantee period.

I’ve bought this product twice, used daily it lasted me 2 years, the second time round the product was ten pound cheaper. It performs well, the battery lasts a long time at least two weeks with daily use and the water tank is one of the largest. It has speed settings which most of the big brand models only have at the higher end. I recommend it for first time users or a flosser that just wants a good price/performance item.

It’s okay. It does the job for the price. Can be quiete bulky to hold but that’s just me being picky. Pretty powerful. It hasn’t done me wrong yet. We’ll have to wait a couple of months to see how it performs. Overall. OK.

This flosser is easy to use and ergonomically designed, with a textured grip at the back to ensure it doesn't slip out your hand with all that water sloshing around. It comes with several different attachments, although to date I've stuck with the simple jet nozzle, which is easy to direct towards the parts of the mouth where you need it. It comes with a handy zip-up travel pouch. Unfortunately, my unit suddenly stopped working after 9 months of use - it would no longer turn on following a full charge. However, I contacted Binefia via email and received a quick response. I was asked to email a video demonstrating the issue, which I did and was quickly offered a choice of either a replacement unit or a full refund. I chose the replacement and so far it is working fine.Overall, the flosser could benefit from a couple of improvements (1. make the buttons flush with the surface of the flosser body so that it's harder to push them accidentally - I've had a couple of very comical incidents!; 2. Replace with charging socket/cable with a standard USB-C, rather than a custom one).However, it's great value for the price and the customer service is second to none, so I would definitely recommend this flosser.

I'm very impressed with the flossing. The jet is really strong and blasts all the rubbish away from your teeth.Two gripes:1. The brush swivels too easily, and it moves in use. I have to keep turning the unit.2. It's easy to press the mode button accidentally when in use. It needs a lock button, or to keep the same mode until turned off.
My New Best Friend
We’ve had a water flosser for years, this is a replacement, so we’ve experienced what they can do (or not do) and what can be a challenge (like spraying water all over).This is the best so far.What is good about this one? The added number of settings. The larger reservoir. The reservoir is EASY to remove for cleaning. The travel bag is beautiful, very nice. The weighted tube makes it SO much easier to use

This is the item you never knew you needed. I thought I was doing everything right, floss, brush, floss, mouth wash. Nooooo! Stop what you’re doing. You NEED this. I still can’t believe how much stuff comes out of my teeth after using this. If I’ve had something with peppers, I’ll even do two rinses. I swear you’ll look forward to morning and nights just to use this. It’s so incredibly satisfying. I don’t know how I ever went without this. I feel like I’m late to the game on this one!It comes with various sizes at the top to change water pressure. It also comes with a cute grey travel bag, super convenient.
Quality construction Plenty of power
The Water Flosser is good quality and works well. I like the case. Although I had difficulty using it with out hitting the power button or the mode button, that gets old quick. I have also started accidentally as well. Buttons have a significant profile above the body surface. Reservoir could be larger. Mine went back
Amazing water flosser
This is the best water flosser I have ever used, it’s so easy to use, the water pressure it’s unbelievable good, there are lots of pressure type, I normally use the lower and the medium one. Besides this there are lots of different head and all of them for a different usage, all of them are great and easy to add to the flosser.The water compartment it’s in a great size, I just need to add the water once and it will be enough to deep cleaning my teeth. By the way, the flosser it’s fantastic to deep cleaning tooth, even after brushing my teeth, when I use the flosser there is always some dirty that was left behind and the flosser take it all away.The battery is of a great quality, I have been using the flosser everyday and since I bought, I have only charged once.The flosser came with I little bag which it makes easy for traveling.Overall, I love and think it is very worth, I would definitely recommend.
Companys Goodwill Exceeds Expectations!!!
I had a problem I had lost a critical part for my four-month-old water flosser. I was unable to use the flosser without it so I emailed the company directly to see if I could purchase the part, I loved the flosser it's the best one I have used, and I didn't want to give it up or purchase a new complete unit. The company emailed me and through no fault of their own said there was little hope of getting the part anytime soon. I emailed back and then got a reply from Ryan the head of the company, he wrote that he was sending me a brand-new flosser at no charge. I just received it and it works flawlessly. I would like to thank Ryan and the whole company for the goodwill they provided when they had no obligation to do so. I would recommend their product and the company that stands behind their products.
