i have dark brown hair to the point it nearly looks black type of dark but my facial hair is slightly ligher than that so the dark brown still worked quite well in terms of colour matching. the product itself doesn't stay on the skin easily so despite saying it's water proof and sweat proof (i mean they're the same thing really so i don't get why the product lists that seperately). you can get a finger and it'll rub off completely really really easily without a trace, infact you need to be a little gentle on the brush after putting the product on the skin or else you'll just brush that off entirely too. but it does work and it works subtly enough that it makes it look sleek and smart. will take some practice to perfect though.

The FollicleBooster Beard Pen was damaged and pieces of lead pencil just fell off on the floor when I opened the pen.Raised the return request and courier came to pick up next morning, I requested to wait for a few minutes to print the label and he said he would return the next day even though I pleaded that it wud take max 2 mins for me to take printout. Wish he cud have waited but he happily convinced me the he will certainly come the next morning. I have printed and and kept the item ready at my door step.It's almost a month now and no sign of pick up. Will it be ever picked up??? Or am I to be blamed as I had not printed the return label and the courier cudnt wait for 2 mins?

So lasted almost a month but wasn't really impressed as had to rub it really hard for it to show any effect as it didn't seen to stick to the hair easily. The £7 Rimmel mascara does a better job.

This company sent not one of the pens that I had bought but 2.I received this within 2 days.I immediately opened one and it is wonderful. It is exactly what I was hoping for.So easy to use and the brush on the other end blended my eyebrows, made my eyebrows look so better. Covered my gray so fast.As I said, this is exactly what I wanted for my eyebrows.The product is great and I would have never known without the phenomenal customer service.Yep, I am buying more of their products.Update on this reviewI was contacted immediately by customer service I did not contact them, can you get any better than that I don’t think so! They went above and beyond to make this customer fell like my business mattered. We talked about the problem the possibility as to why it did not work. They are sending me out a new on immediately. I have to thank Tudor for making everything so special in the favor of the customer. I will be trying more product because of their exceptional customer service experience. I love being able to update a review.I could not get any color at all. I bruised my eye trying to get color for my eye brows which this was supposed to work on. I turned a little extra out of the pin and it broke off and there was still no color. I tried running it across paper to see if I could get color, didn’t happen. It is a great concept, the pen is great but you don’t get color. Sent it back for a refund. Sorry but I have to say get something else.

UPDATE Review: I've reupped on 2 more of this pen and bumped up my rating. When I first bought this product my beard was still kinda new and I wasn't using it very much. I hadn't used the brush end much because I wasn't sure why it was needed. Since then I've figured out that the brush end is VERY useful for 2 reasons. 1) It helps to blend the product against the skin so that it looks very natural like nothing was added. 2) If you apply the product on the skin and then use the brush tip end to brush it up onto the hairs it helps lift the short hairs and it is VERY good at making greys disappear. Of course it doesn't last more than a day since this isn't a dye. But it does last all day until you thoroughly was your face. This is fine for me and I was somewhat surprised by how well it worked to get rid of certain grey hairs that I didn't want temporarily since I didn't buy it for this reason. It is fine to use daily for me. I add it after I've added all my other products and brushed and combed out my beard. The only knock that I have is that it does break easily. But you can put it back in the pen and just be careful to not let the broken piece fall out. So don't lift it too much out of the pen when using this product. I've seen others say it doesn't last long but I didn't have this issue. It doesn't take much to see good natural looking results, especially if you are using the brush end effectively. So you don't have to over use it. I still haven't tried other products but I'm pretty satisfied with this one and still recommend it for people trying to grow out a beard for the first time and still have a few patchy areas or a small amount of greys that you want to hide temporarily.---Original Review:It does what it says which is to help fill in patchy areas of your beard. I don't think I would use it everyday but definitely good enough to do so. The only issue that I have with it is that it easily breaks and can fall out of the tube. Is this the best product of this type? I don't know. It's the first one that I've tried and the results are not bad.
