    I prefer this to electric pistol massager. This quickly loosens up my IT band, hamstringsand by holding it backwards I massage my lower back ---hip problem area. A must for older cyclists .

    Ça fait juste 3 fois que je l'utilise. Ça épouse les formes du corps et ça roule bien. Il faut absolument, appliquer de l'huile ou de la crème avant de l'utiliser, car ça pourrait rendre la peau sensible. Moi, j'utilise ma crème hydratante cetaphil et je la mélange avec 2-3 gouttes d'huile essentielle de pamplemousse. Cette huile est efficace pour lutter contre la cellulite.
