    The size is about average for a multi vitamin so no issues swallowing it. There was a fishy small and taste but not overwhelming and didn’t last long as it was swallowed soon after

    These are on the expensive side but well worth the money. When you understand the volume and variety of vitamins per capsule are high and a level required for ill or elderly, youd happily pay the price. Bpught for my elderly parents who are vegetarian, i cpuldnt believe the impact on gut and health but the blood test proved it. Bloody marvellous!

    I assume the vitamin content is good. I haven't come down with scurvy or anything while using these, so I'll take that as a positive sign. But the taste is really bad. I'm quite a fan of fish and weird Japanese fish snacks, but these are really nasty taste. They've mixed the fish oil component in with the tablet rather than encapsulate it in a gelcap. If you're someone who dislikes fish, buy something else. I won't buy these again once the current lot run out.

    Gargantuan, redolent of cheese feet, bilious and vile as the reeking depths of a summer compost heap!The drama! The complete lack of decorum! Need we read about gag-reflexes and regurgitation? Although the formula may have been tweaked a bit, these are no larger than other multis on the market; they’re loaded with a lengthy list of compounds, people, they’re going to be big. They’re not much larger than a paracetamol, just a bit thicker, and the aroma is that of nearly every other one out there.Selenium can produce a relatively strong odor, but again, no worse than any other brand. If any type of multi is causing repeating or heartburn, it’s likely that you need to take a good probiotic; your digestive system isn’t functioning properly. In fact, we all need a daily probiotic as so many issues arise from imbalance of gut bacteria and flora, and you will get more from your multivitamin if you’re taking better care of your overall health.These work as well as most brands, but I do supplement them with added magnesium citrate; most multis don’t contain 100% NRV, and only contain magnesium stearate, which is really a sort of a garbage “filler” magnesium used as the powder filler in most capsules. Magnesium is an absolutely essential mineral, utilised and needed in every cell of our bodies. It also has great calming properties, and ensures proper muscle and mitochondria functioning.Get your magnesium citrate on!I like the fact that there’s iodine included as well. It’s also essential in taking care of the thyroid, and an element that’s too often overlooked as we focus on D, iron, the Bs and C. I hadn’t thought of it considering I’d lived in the U.S. for 47 years where it’s included in the table salt, and I couldn’t figure out why I felt so foggy and sluggish, my face was puffy and I just felt awful. I don’t know if I was deficient, but I don’t feel like that anymore after adding the supplements as well as a daily large dose of nori (dried seaweed—an acquired taste, but wonderful in good miso!). The K is also essential in assisting the vitamin D to do its work—a must.These do the job, but there are others with the same ingredients, and without the omega; I take omega oils in liquid form daily along with eating avocados, salmon and walnuts a few times a week. I don’t really trust that a tiny bit of dried marine product will proffer even close to what I need, and we need as much as we can get.
