    The tray is nice quality and value for money, jus the right size and has good grip for meat with cover for spikes,making it safe to put away

    Nicely made & solid enough for the cost. The only criticism is the number of spikes set in the tray for holding the joint to be carved. Should you place a smaller section of meat on it; which is all you would buy for a small dinner group of say 3 or 4 people, the spikes are set too far apart to secure the joint effectively. But the tray is supplied with spike covers to help to make it safe in storage, but I expect they will eventually go astray. But again for the cost involved worth looking at.

    Used and was perfect for holding roast in place whilst carving. Caught the meat juices as well so less mess to clear up and was able to retain juices to make my gravy. Very happy with purchase only down side is scratched easily after one use but does not detract from usage
