I purchased these for my partner who wanted to do some arm exercises to alleviate his pain for tennis elbow & golfers elbow. He has been using these for around 3 weeks, he uses the stronger two bands together and they are fine. He says he feels the exercises have helped the pain. They weren’t too expensive & I would recommend them to anyone who wants to use resistance bands for one reason or another. The delivery was next day too - a great buy

I like these bands very much. They are easy to use and not harsh on my hands.I've given them nine months of very intense daily use.I managed to nick the edge of one band (Black) and unsurprisingly it snapped a short while later. All my fault, not the band. However, when I bought an identical set of replacement bands the "Heavy"(Red) and "Extra-Heavy" (Black) were noticeably thicker than my original set. This is not by a small bit. I could do multiple reps (20-30) using the old black band but can hardly stretch the new one at all!All in all though a good product for home use. Definitely worth buying as long as you appreciate they don't last forever.

The product is good quality however, be aware that the bands are of small length I was expecting longer bands for an adult exercise aid.

They are great having the different colours for different strengths, I love the sturdy material & it all comes stylishly packed in a set all ready for a present to someone or just keeping them together plus it has a little leaflet with different exercises you can use each band for 😁👍

I bought these resistance bands to strengthen my knees because of osteoarthritis and an injury I have used the medium strap for 2 days and it has already started to split I know they're inexpensive but I expected them to last longer than 2 days ☹️

I was looking for a portable product that I could use at home and also when travelling. There are 5 different resistance levels from x-light to x-heavy (too much for me, but maybe one day…) and the pack includes sample exercises which I personally found very helpful.The quality is superb for the price, and great value for money - recommended!
Quality and Value
Good product, good grade, good quality, good price, good value. This form of resistance tool is the most portable (think travel). Compact and provided in a nice bag, there isn't much that I would improve upon. The set is complete across 5 levels of resistance bands, each clearly marked with its category and a scale. Recommended.
