I guess these are ok and they weren't too expensive but they are just ordinary inner soles. I wanted that 'gel' bit in the heel to be, well, gel. Because I have heelspurs. It's not though. It's like a cross between hard rubber and plastic. It doesn't cushion anything and would be more comfortable if the whole inner sole was made of the same material as the main part. A bit disappointing but if you just need an inner sole, it'll do.
