    I have been using this timer daily for the last 3 months. So far I'm impressed. I particularly like the speed you can set it, the minute reminder beep and the ease with which you can flip between timer clock and count up, count down. After cancelling a timer, you can hold the on button 5 seconds and the unit will switch off. I use the flip up stand and have not bothered with the magnet. Good bit of kit.

    So good I’m actually considering buying another one (or two). I’ve included a picture vs my old one. As someone with ADHD, I have a non-existent sense of time and rely on clocks and timers to function normally. Plus I love cooking so I’m a little obsessed with good timers.What I love-Clear display-Hours mins and seconds buttons, with a 5 minute increment button in addition to 1 min. A small thing but makes it way easier to use when setting stuff like 45 minutes.-Volume switch with high, low, and no sound!-Custom button for saving a set time, great for your morning boiled egg, or lunch break timer.-The timer can be set to count either down obviously, but also up like a stopwatch and can even display the time as a clock (even while a timer/stopwatch runs, you alternate between the two by press and holding the big button)-The timer counts up once it finishes counting down so you can see how long you’ve gone over e.g. when cooking something good to know much longer it’s been in the oven since the timer ended.What could be better-Although I love the accuracy of having a 1 second button, I would love a 5 seconds button in addition to what we already have. I can live with hours being only one at a time, the “5 min” button is extremely useful. Adding seconds even by press and holding is a bit annoying. Maybe even a 10 seconds button would be ideal (rather than 5) as I’m not sure it needs to be quite that granular.-My old timer makes a short beep when 10 minutes remain and again at 5 minutes before a full alarm obviously at zero. The inclusion of this is super handy for all sorts but especially when cooking as a warning to get ready to attend to something, I kind of miss it on my new timer.-The magnet could be stronger, but this is a bit of a nitpick as for most places you’d put it it’s absolutely fine.-A killer feature for me would be to have it able to vibrate.… which I’m sure would suck up battery but I’d pay more money for a USB-rechargeable one with a vibrate feature, I’d probably use it as an alarm clock which I already do sometimes in its existing form.

    Good quality and reasonably priced. Looks like a reliable timer so I purchased again. Buttons are very easy to use. Easy to switch between timer and clock. The only function I wish it had is an alarm. It would have been perfect with an alarm and backlight.

    I brought this because our new oven is way too quiet to hear and I've not yet found how to turn the beep up. I had brought a similar priced item from a well known supermarket's middle aisle that was not a patch on this excellent timer. It's clearly been designed by somebody that actually uses these things on a regular bases.The display is large and clearThe buttons are solid, round and recessed for finger tips except the start / stop which is larger and a different colour.Setting a time is easy with the different increment buttons (no silly plus / minus) and you can quickly reset.It sticks to a fridge, cooker front, extract fan (if metal) or will stand on a counter.The volume on high is loud enough for my bad hearing to hear from a different room or over the top of other kitchen noises.It feels really well made and it doesn't fall off if you close the fridge door a little too hard.All in all an absolute gem of a device, that allows you to quickly and easily set a countdown for boiled eggs to turning the roast potatoes this Christmas. It would be perfect for many, many other uses and despite having it only a few days, is in regular use.It easily takes five stars but I would make two suggestions:1. Because of the thickness of the magnet, the bottom half the the device sits slightly off the surface. When you press the lower buttons, it rocks. I fixed this with a few layers of electrical tape just covering the battery compartment cover so the whole device sits flush with the fridge. It could probably do with a magnet on the lower half as well.2. The second suggestion would be to offer it with a lit screen. It's large and clear in the light, but in the darker evenings, you have to have the kitchen light on to see it unlike the cooker timer.

    There is much to like about this timer. Here are the things I like:- the separate 5s, 1m, 5m, 1h making dialling in the time quick and easy- the bold display - can be seen from all corners of the kitchen- the one minute warning beep - gets your attention if you have been otherwise engaged (so its not a mad panic when the final bleeps go off).- the start/stop button on the right - I can't get used to ones where it is on the left (being right-handed).- big bold buttons - not fiddly thin ones there for design rather than practicality- three volume levels- good strong magnet, and good tabletop stand- takes a couple of AAA batteries - not some wierd hard-to-find battery.I have had a few timers now (including the famous Salter brand ones) and this is my favourite. The others didn't last long in the kitchen environment, so it remains to be seen if durability is another like for me..

    Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero conveniente. Questo timer fa il suo lavoro alla grande, nulla da dire negativamente. Ho provato altri timer da cucina, ma questo è veramente efficiente. Lo uso per tutto in cucina, soprattutto per i rinfreschi di lievito madre e gli impasti sia per la puntata che per la lievitazione. Con gli altri timer non potevo farlo, dato che misuravano il tempo solo fino a 90 minuti. Invece, con questo modello posso conteggiare le ore necessarie per le mie lievitazioni. Segna anche l'ora.Una funzione molto importante per me è chenon devo schiacciare due tasti per il reset (che spesso richiedeva più tentativi se non si schiacciavano contemporaneamente), il che lo rende molto comodo e veloce quando inforno la pizza tipo Napoletana nel mio fornetto Illillo, che non ha un timer integrato. La consegna è stata precisa come sempre. Per me, è il miglior timer da cucina che abbia mai usato."

    Je l'utilise pour chronométrer les temps de cuisson, quasiment tous les jours depuis 4 ans (acheté en 2020), pour des cuissons en casseroles ou à la poêles (mon four possède déjà un minuteur intégré).Il est pratique : S'accroche facilement, car aimanté, ou peut se poser verticalement, horizontalement, ou penché grâce à son petit support intégré. Utilise 2 piles de format très classiques (AAA). Possède une très grande autonomie (les piles durent plusieurs années). Le niveau de bip est réglable. Possède un mode horloge, en plus du mode minuteur.Il est très simple et intuitif.Pour moi, c'est un indispensable.

    Compre 2 unidades y los he estado usando en un restaurante durante todo el agosto , unas 5 horas cada día. Van muy bien para controlar los tiempos de la freidora, fogones, etc. Son fáciles de usar una vez le pillas el truco es muy sencillo, memorizan el ultimo tiempo introducido así que no tienes que programar cada vez si repites tiempo. Se puede ajustar el volumen , pitan suficientemente fuerte para escucharse incluso entre el bullicio de la cocina . La pantalla es grande y se ve muy bien , el botón de encendido y parada es grande y cómodo de usar. Yo los tengo de pie en un estante ya que tienen un soporte plegable como los marcos de fotos , pero se pueden pegar sobre cualquier superficie de metal por que tienen un imán. Aun no he tenido que cambiarles la pila por lo que no gastan mucha pila.

    I didn’t like the timer when I received it but thought I’d better give it a week of use before deciding if it wasn’t for me. It’s grown on me.The good: It’s sturdy - feels like it’ll last a long time. I’ve had the built in stands on different timers snap after a couple of years, but this one has a stand that feels trustworthy. The magnet at the back looks high end with its large surface area, pleasant surface feel and grey colouring. It sucks the timer to a magnetic surface and it stays put. Yet, it’s easy to remove when you want to. It’s like someone put a lot of thought into this thing’s design.The numbers are large, but not obnoxiously so. There are no distracting flashing lights when it operates - big plus. The buttons are intuitively placed and just the right size for any sized fingers. I really like the sound of this timer going off. I mean, I don’t like loud sounds (who does?) but the high volume is just right for my slightly failing ears if I have the timer in the kitchen and I’m in the living room distracted by a movie. The low volume is a nice tone in that it’s a good pitch and volume - it’s not jarring. I can have the timer beside me while I nap and not feel rudely awakened when it goes off.It comes with batteries.The not so good: I had a real problem with clearing the timing function for the first couple of days. It works fine now, so I’ll chalk that up to user error.I don’t appreciate the chirp sound the buttons make when you press them. It’s annoying and I was planning to take a star off for that annoyance; however, it occurs to me that chirpy buttons are a subjective thing. Maybe some people enjoy the validation of a chirp when they press something. I don’t know.
