IL DOGE is a high aromatic yield top quality syrup fine with fruit juice. These are perfect ingredients for preparing cold drinks, granita ices, milkshakes, aperitifs, cocktails and long drinks that satisfy those who want to add a “touch of fruit ” to their beverages. In the IL DOGE line you will find also a wide range of flavoured syrups especially created for coffee preparation. They make excellent replacements for superfine sugar and can be used not only to sweeten coffee or tea but also, for example, to make vanilla or caramel flavoured cappuccinos, chocolate milkshakes, hazelnut hot chocolate or a simple pistachio coffee.

This is my favourite flavour of all the pumpkin spice syrups I've found. Such a good price too, although shipping to Ireland seems to have stopped since so that's disappointing

Interesting, I wondered before buying if it would taste more like apple juice or apple candy, and it's a bit of both. I'd say the taste is about 60-80% apple juice flavour (like you would get with Appletiser) and 20-40% apple candy flavour. This is a good ratio, and makes for a clean crisp taste. Unlike a lot of the other syrups when you mix this with water it goes cloudy, and you have to put a bit more in to get the same sweetness, I think because it has more acid taste than other syrups. I like it but not sure if I would buy again as I like other flavours more and many others still to try!

I ordered this for a mocktail nighth is I could make mock tail blue lagoons. Delivery was incredible it came the next working day so gave me plenty of time to make the drinks considering I thought it may not arrive. And the taste is amazing it’s very sweet has a gooey consistency but once mixed in it’s fine and stays mixed didn’t separate from the rest of the ingredients . Only thing I could fault was just the amount I would say it will only serve up to 8 cups if you use half a cup measurement for each. But other then that I would recommend!
