5.0 out of 5 stars Simple enough to fit, works well
Product appears to be of good quality, was well packaged and accompanied by clear fitting instructions. No idea how it might compare with alternative manfacturer (similarly priced) products, as this was a first time water filter purchase. Water now noticeably clearer and of a nicer taste.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality product
The media could not be loaded. Great product, easy installation, no worries, water is clear 👌
4.0 out of 5 stars Water tastes and smells cleaner.
I was sceptical about this but after an easy installation, making sure the push fits are all the way in and your good to go.Others comment on poor quality connections and leaks, but if you follow the instructions then it really is simple! The water really is cleaner and tastes smoother. I didn't believe other reviews about smell but after comparing for myself, the water out of this filter tap doesn't smell of anything, then I smelt the tap water and the chemical chlorine smell hit me! I genuinely cannot believe I never noticed before, but then again when would you actually think about smelling tap water 🤔.The filters are around £30 and are rated for around 1 year. I can't comment on this but even 6 months and it's cheaper and easier than using bottled water.I've even started using it to fill the kettle and tea tastes much better.Overall, yes there are cheaper options out there, along with much more expensive ones, but this is good quality, the tap is smart and sturdy. It also blends in well with a smart kitchen and doesnt look like like a cheap retrofit.I would (and have) recommended this as all round best value for money.
5.0 out of 5 stars Superb
3 months inFirst glass of water after 5 minutes of running the tap was a total game changer. No smell or bad taste and water has continued to taste great. If I use another tap in the house not fitted with a filter, the water smell is very strong and taste is completely different. No brainer if thinking of purchasing. 5 minutes to fit. Water flow speed has barely changed unsure how some people think it has.
5.0 out of 5 stars A must have for drinking water
I've been using regular water filters but saw this and how it filters much smaller particles and went ahead with it. It has everything you need in the box and I went with the package with a separate tap to make the most out of it.It comes with clear instructions and even has a device that notifies you when it's time to replace the filter. There is a clear difference with the taste of the water. You can tell it's purer with no aftertaste.I'm really glad I got this and definitely recommend it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product!
Waterdrop claim this is quick and easy to fit, and they're right. Everything you need is in tbe box and connections really couldn't be simpler. It's a quality product and not much more money than a good filter jug. Mine has the separate tap, and I really don't see why you wouldn't go for this option. Without the separate tap, you filter all your cold water supply. Most will go into the washing machine, dishwasher or straight down tbe drain. The filter in tbe smallest unit is claimed to be good for 8,000 gallons. That's about 20,000 kettles, but filtering all the water is going to dramatically shorten tbe life of tbe filter. The tap system is only £10 more. Very silly not to go for it. The water has lost all its chemical taste and the tea is noticeably better. I wish I'd found this years ago!
1.0 out of 5 stars Great at first
Now 4 months in, the filter quality is still OK but not as good as it was when we first got it. The water speed is slow AF the design is very easy to fit. It does not leak if you use what comes with it properly. The usage and replace light is a great idea. Niccce but could be a lot better I personally feel because the lack of water flow when you install it. It functions as it should IMO just not very well 3/5 UPDATE 5 MONTHS IN : now this tastes of pure salt I've run the tap for ages still no good now having to use a britta water filter after the water has gone through this. Which defeats the purpose entirely. Led indicator says it's fine??? 🤔 Absolute garbage don't waste your money
5.0 out of 5 stars Really clean water
Firstly this is quite effective. We live in a 9 rating hard water area and there is a noticeable improvement in the water quality in the kitchen since installing this.We will note that due to its compact and tighter nature of filtration that there is a drop bar pressure from the cold water feed now but not horrendous. It's doesn't stop us washing up things by any means.Ridiculous simple to install if the person who fitted the pipes wasn't a muppet and installed the connections you have to tap into behind the sink itself as in the case of my friend who I fitted this for first. My builder who is also a qualified plumber was sensible when he fitted our pipework.Really helpful indicator included for when to change the filter.Caters to bigger fittings which are common in the UK and the smaller fittings for other countries or specific pipeworks.
Works as expected, easy installation.
ReviewThe product works well, and the water tastes normal. The material quality is good, and installation is fairly easy. You’ll need a wrench for setup, and a drill may be necessary if you plan to fix it onto a hard wall.Overall, it’s a reliable product with good quality and straightforward installation for most setups.
Life changing!
After living with a Brita filter pitcher for a couple years I finally jumped on picking this up when I replaced my sink basin. It was incredibly easy to install and has been giving me and my girlfriend fresh and tasty water for the last 6 months. All without having to deal with refilling a Brita almost 4 times a day and not having that space wasted in the fridge.I live in central Florida which is notorious for supplying its population with very unique tasting water... So far this filter has been doing a stellar job of neutralizing the water to taste crisp and fresh. Water pressure and flow are also fantastic out of it. Easily twice to three times the flow rate of most beverage centers built into fridges. The filter itself is also a 12 month filter that is very affordable at $25 to replace. Compared to fridge filters which range between $30-$60 with a life of only 6 months. If you are on the fence and own a Brita just get this filter and yeet the Brita into the trash. Hands down the best kitchen purchase I've made in a LONG time.
Love it
Easy installation and fill difference between regular water and from the filter. Recommend it
Efficace, facile à installer
Pour la cuisine, le jet est de très faible à très fort donc géniale. Plus de mauvais goût ni odeurs. 👏 Bravo!
Fantastic addition
The Waterdrop Under Sink Purifier has been an excellent addition to my kitchen! It delivers clean, great-tasting water right from the tap, which has made a noticeable difference compared to before. The installation was straightforward, and it fits neatly under the sink without taking up too much space. I appreciate the multi-stage filtration, which effectively removes impurities and improves the overall quality of the water. Plus, it’s more cost-effective in the long run compared to buying bottled water or other filter systems. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable way to ensure clean water at home, this purifier is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it!
