I use this to help with my iron deficiency. Quite early in my usage but they have helped to boost my energy levels. They have a very heavy metallic taste when you put the tablet in your mouth.

I have a few dietary restrictions which therefore means I struggle to get enough Zinc in my diet through the type food I am allowed to consume. Due to my medical diet restrictions it limits my social experiences as I have to be aware of everything I eat which means it is often a burden in my life and I wouldn't want it to affect my health as well. As you can imagine taking a small zinc tablet once a day is a lot easier than finding food which I am able to eat and thats is also high in zinc. If I didn't take a Zinc supplement daily it would have a detrimental impact to my health such as having a sluggish immune system, loss of appetite, chronic acne, muscle loss, hair loss and many other possible symptoms. I already use Incite nutrition for their other vegetarian supplements so I was overjoyed when they started selling 40mg zinc, the zinc vitamin is always very reasonably priced and all the vitamins I have purchased in the past have had a long expiry date normally more at least 18 months. I often ask them questions in regards to a vitamin (about certain ingredients) and they have always responded fast and been very helpful. These Zinc tablets have no nasty after taste and they contain 400, 40mg tablets in each pot, It did take a few months for the zinc to get in to my system before noticing any improvements but since taking them my energy levels have increased and I have noticed that I now rarely fall ill, I still occasionally get a cold but I recover from it a lot faster than I have in the past. The supplements have always arrived fast and are packed well, I have had no problems ordering from incite as yet. A Great 40mg Zinc gluconate supplement from a brand I can trust!

As we are now heading in to flu season, taking these tablets has become part of my winter supplement routine. This year has been a bit different as the kids have been off school they have not had to fight any cold or cough symptoms for the past 6 months so I imagine they have weakened their immune systems, I sent them back to school a couple of weeks ago and day two of being back and they both came home with stinking colds and coughs which of course due to the corona virus I then had to keep them off school and I got Ill myself so this year I have decided to take a high strength zinc earlier than normal. I recovered a lot faster than my children and I put it down to taking vitamin zinc. I honestly believe it helps with fighting viruses by increasing my immune system and the recovery process (when I do ever so occasionally fall ill). there are no official studies to say that Zinc gluconate helps with COVID 19 however I have read a few articles that suggest it does and why wouldn't it? I believe it helps build immune system and helps recovery over viruses so I believe it could definitely help with the recovery of covid. I wouldn't be without a zinc vitamin in my cupboard. I cannot recommend taking supplements enough, I take zinc as well as vitamin D 4000iu and a vitamin C supplement to make sure I am the healthiest I can be during the colder months. It's difficult to compare to other brands so I look at the tablet count, price and reviews and this brand comes out on top.

I have been using different brands of a zinc supplement for the past couple of years due to my immune system being horrendous I was getting a common cold at least once a month sometimes more in the colder months especially since moving to England, I was advised to try a zinc vitamin by my a friend who had the same problem to see if i would benefit from taking it, I done some research and I chose to try vitamin zinc tablets which are made from zinc gluconate as it is the most common over the counter types of zinc and found in most cold and flu remedies, I also like to use a max strength 40mg pill since using a zinc tablet it has really helped with improve my health and made my recovery from illness a lot faster which has made my life so much easier, I feel like I am finally getting back to being myself It has even improved my sickness record at work which is always a bonus. This max strength vitamin is perfect for me as they are vegetarian which suits my diet and to my amazement they are also vegan friendly which is great as they are suitable for most diets. I made my order through Bolo on the Tuesday morning and the delivery was extremely fast the supplements arrived the very next day like most Bolo prime orders, the pills were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I am more than impressed with my purchase it was great value for money with over a years supply at 400 tablets and so happy to have found this brand which I can now stick with and I will be ordering more vegan zinc from incite nutrition when I start to run out. Best zinc supplement!!

Last time I bought zinc in capsules the same company..this time I didn't realise these are tablets and nightmare to swallow. For that reason I wouldn't buy it again
