Great product that I've been using for 5k runs plus, the best flavour is blue raspberry and fruit punch, I just bought kiwi to try out but man it tastes so bad compared to my usual rotation above.

I have tried numerous pre workouts and was looking for something slightly lower in stims.Kiwi tastes great, was super easy to mix with water and i definitely wont get bored of the taste.However…I have had a 7 month break from pre workout as i havent been to the gym due to surgery so there is a HUGE tolerance break here. I had absolutely no increase in performance, the beta alenine content is so low that i don’t believe there would be any benefit from this.I understand the ‘stimuli’ in this pre workout is naturally sourced but from a raw brand all natural energy drink i have felt much more increase in concentration and energy.

As a regular consumer of pre workout powders, this Kiwi version is extremely poor quality. I would not recommend at all. Once ordered, the item is also not eligible for refund which I feel is ethically wrong given that it fails to deliver what it states on the tin.

Mostuire control sachet inside. Not sure if it's supposed to be In there.Seems dangerous if it were to break in product. Waiting for confirmation it's OK to consume.Didn't have one on previous pre workout.Previous pre workout was nice and mixed well

Kiwi es el mejor sabor
Los dulces son muy empalagosos para mí, así que los cítricos me emcantan, especialmente el de kiwi. El subidón de energía se siente casi al instante. Cuando por alguna razón debo entrenar de noche trato de tomar solo media porción, porque sino me quita el sueño. No sé si esto pueda pasarle a más personas, yo por ejemplo no suelo tomar café así que tal vez sea porque soy más sensible a los estimulantes. Este es sin duda un preentreno genial
