    Part of the Tower Freedom range, with detachable handle, this is a fantastic pan for stir-fry’s etc, deep enough to accommodate plenty of meat and veg with ease, and to move it around the pan without spilling. Looks as good as the day it arrived four months ago, no sticking, easy to wash and store / stick with similar pans. Accepts the same flat lid as the Tower 28cm frying pan, fitting snugly onto the wok, and with a hole to allow steam to escape.Delighted with this and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

    Ive owned woks and done lots of research. As a big foodie its important to have the best tools for the job. This wok is another level. Non stick. Cooks beautifully. Very very happy and the price is great. Only a tenner extra for the handle. All good.

    I purchased this in November 2023. Was great initially. But after just a month of *very* careful use, the wok's non-stickiness has essentially vanished. I was just pan-frying some minced pork and the bottom of the wok became as dark as coal. Impossible to remove the black residues so had to scrub them, which I'm sure had done more damage to the coating. Note that before this, I had never scrubbed the wok and treated it with extreme care as I'm tired of woks losing their coating. Alas, this one is just like every other poorly made woks.

    Produit de qualité mais avec une plaque induction ne chauffe pas super. Très long pour monter la température. En plus je ne peux m'en servir que sur le plus petit feu car ne marche pas avec les autres donc pour faire revenir des légumes à feu vif absolument impossible. J'en ai acheté 2 et je ne peux donc pas m'en servir simultanément.Sinon produit très beau et de qualité. Les poignées amovibles sont vraiment très sécurisées et faciles d'entretien.

    Après une première utilisation sur de l'induction, la poêle c'est déformer sous l’effet de la chaleur, pourtant à température moyenne. Très déçus
