I'm giving these 5 stars based on my use case. The lamps are used indoors in a fixed location, used as a pair, operated using Alexa via a smart plug and 2-1 adapter. They give out a very bright well diffused light and together can light a small room better than the ceiling light. The cables are relatively short but that is better for me. They do get very hot around the rear heat sink area, around 80°C. They feel well made and offer good value.

Bought one of these to brighten up the patio over the dark nights when we are letting the dogs out,The light is very bright and works great.The cable is a little short, but we fit the light close to an external socket so this wasn't a problem for us!It's been around 6 weeks and a tonne of bad weather and the light is still working perfectly.

These lights arrived this afternoon, where I installed them immediately. The overall build quality and light output is really good, definitely decent for the price point.The reason I have knocked off two stars is due to the length of the pre-installed cables. They are simply too short, bearing in mind these are designed for wall installation. I would estimate you barely get half-a-meter of lead. I got around this by installing a weatherproof extension box, however, this is not ideal. The only other solution would be to cut the moulded plug off and install a junction box of some form. If the manufacturer addressed this on future models then this would definitely jump to a five star product for the price.I cannot speak to longevity yet, however, should there be any issues I’ll update this review to reflect that.

I am currently dismantling an old extension at the rear of our house. Daylight hours are now reducing as we approach the depths of winter. Using two lengths of 2” x 2” timber for mounting the lights I now have the site fully floodlit. Extending the evenings work by three hours per day thanks to the lights will save both time and money!Robust and powerful, these lights are excellent value. Recommended!,
