I had a First Aid call out at work, the first morning carrying these new dressings.These were perfect to dress the casualty’s badly cut shin. Glad I had them to hand. Very happy with my purchase.

These are fine, but the absorbent pad inside is more like 7x9cm. Absorbency level isn't massive but suitable for padding and some fluids. Useful to tape together to give flexibility that you don't get from large pads.

The outer wrapper is 10x10 but the dressing is only 10x6.7 so just over half what you expect. If you want a dressing that is really 10x10 DO NOT BUY these.

Sadly these see not full pads of 10 x 10 but they are 10 x 7 with the exterior being 10 x 10
Inaccurate size claim!
Seller must correct the size in the description. not a 10x10. However, they do absorb a lot of fluid- I use them on a sacral bedsore on top of an alginate gauze to help absorb the liquid with a good success.Price to quality ratio is good. Wish they were true to size though..
