We brought these a while ago. They worked for a little while, one then broke within a week. Another stopped working after a month and then the final one stopped working on one phone and then gave up the ghost completely. A total wast of money and unreliable.

The wire is built well so you know it’s not going to snap or rip quickly.But it is sloppy while in charging port. So therefore you have to keep your phone still or flat while charging.It don’t charge your phone as quickly either.But then again three of them for a tenna isn’t bad, you just get what you pay for

Good products, excellent customer service
After 8 months of receiving the cables, I only had one failure and possibly due to the fluid got into my iPhone’s lightning port without my noticing when I trying to charge the phone. I contacted the customer service, and got a prompt response, the vendor sent me another pack of 3 even I told the customer representative that I only had one cable failure that requires warranty support.I am happy with the solution the vendor provides, but also brings me a good problem because new iPhones and iPads are changed to USB-C port instead of lightning port, not sure if these cables will wear out first or all my old model iPhones will be replaced first.
