    This Item is brilliant, I have had A Chronic stomach due to Vitamin B12 deficiency (pernicious anaemia) and have only taken these capsules for the last 3 days and I feel much better already. Highly Recommended.

    I bought these to help my gut bacteria survive a double dose of antibiotics. I think these have helped me feel better quicker and I have escaped some of the nastier side effects.

    Very disappointed. These capsules have been stored in a cool dry place. I have been taking one a day and half way through the bottle I noticed the product had clumped inside. I include a picture that shows them next to the normal capsules with the powder inside. I purchased these on Bolo subscribe and save so a second bottle was delivered confirming my suspicion that these had significantly deteriorated in the bottle and within the capsules. I emailed the company, Nature Zest Nutrition using their online messaging portal but had no reply form them. So now I am sharing this on Bolo. It goes without saying I am cancelling my subscribe and save and will not use this product in future. I have taken probiotics for years and never seen this issue with other manufacturers. I leave it to you to decide if you would order Nature Zest. The evidence is clear from the images. The product is in date as I have also shown in the pictures and has over a year remaining before the product expires.
